Extended Stay America - Bartlesville - Hwy 75

We have been here for over a week and have enjoyed our stay. Room is spacious and clean, staff is extra friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a really safe area within walking distance or a very short drive to restaurants and stores.

We stayed here for just shy of two months, which means we got to see the operation of this hotel inside and out for an extended period of time. After the fact, I can honestly say that I could not have been more impressed with how well run this place is. It's kept impeccably clean, rules are in place and enforced to keep things nice for everyone, any maintenance issues are handled preventively or immediately when necessary, and every person employed here is stellar at their job. I never saw a single bug or untidy area, and we left without a single complaint.

They have an excellent gym, a laundry facility for guests, separate smoking area, and grab and go breakfast. Within easy walking/driving distance, there are numerous dining and entertainment options. Downtown Bartlesville is less than a ten minute drive, and you can be in Tulsa in 45 minutes.

Every single employee working here from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance to management was friendly, courteous, unbelievably hard working, and eager to help in every single interaction we had with them.

ESA corporate should hold this location up as an exemplar of what their brand strives to be and the service it aims to provide. So many other ESA locations fall short, but not this one.

We've traveled extensively over the last few years and this is truly the best hotel in it's price range (affordable for most) that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. We're grateful to everyone who made our stay here feel like a second home with an extended family, and we would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

This was a delight to find. I love Extended Stays- they are not fancy hotels but the staff is friendly and the rooms spacious. This hotel lived up to the name! My check in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely.
The rooms have a nice kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, and stove, as well as a nice desk, comfy chair, and the beds are of good quality. Parking was ample and close to the entry door.
If anything to complain about, the location isn't necessarily signed well from the street but I got used to looking for the Leslie's Pool Supplies sign and knowing that's where to turn.
The location itself was fantastic - right in the middle of everything making it easy to run around town quickly. A nearby Walmart was an easy grocery stock and I was all set for my stay.

I'm not sure why there were so many negative reviews on this place. We had a great check-in she was very friendly. The elevator is very spacious, the hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. The rooms were very big and were very cold when we entered, we had to turn the temp up! They are very nice suites with fridges, stoves and ice makers in the freezers. Now if you are a light sleeper I would say stop down the road and by some ear plug at dollar tree as the floors seem thin up stairs as people walk that may be my only concern. Other than that I have no complaints. Plenty of parking and front doors lock at 11 you enter with room key.

Pleasantly surprised in the hotel and room at such a lower rate than I typically do. The room was very large and clean. I read reviews complaining about the kitchen not being stocked with supplies but it is clearly stated that you can add on that kitchen pack. Also it is clearly posted there is no continental breakfast. All you have to do is read all the info.. READ ALL INFO before complaining. It's a little thing but the TV with an actual guide on it was nice since most don't now. I would recommend for short or extended stay.

This staff is by far the best staff i have ever dealt with working out of town will 100% recommend them clean room and very spacious and the kitchen adds to the value

Found it online. The pictures looked nice at a fantastic price. It is way beyond our expectations. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a kitchenette. It consists of a full size apartment size refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave and 2 built it electric burners. If you go to the front desk you can check out dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster and a few other odds and ends.

This is a surprisingly clean, surprisingly quiet, and very safe location hotel. I've traveled for a living for 40 years. I usually stay in pretty high end and expensive hotels. This hotel rivals hotels three to five times as expensive. They've done a great job of keeping it clean. It's still an extended stay and you're still going to have a few people wondering around that are a little bit strange, but it's not bad at all. It's actually very quiet.

Love it. Super friendly front desk help and check in was really fast. Room rates are very low and the rooms are large and clean and have full kitchen. The only issue I had was our bed was crooked, the mattress was in horrible shape.
Half the price of the big hotels. They wouldn't let me check in early and claim it's 10$ an hour extra which is kinda dumb. You shouldn't punish guests if you have rooms available

Frenchie welcomed me and made me feel at home! She offered great customer service and was on top of everything. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable, I want one! I will stay again! Water was hot and pressure was good, breakfast had a choice of decaf which I dont always find. very nice place to stay when away from home.

Impeccable customer service and nice clean rooms with most of the amenities you could ask for at an extended stay. Kayla was very attentive and accommodating when making and switching up reservations at the last minute. She was very friendly and had an awesome personality. Kayla definitely made my stay and future stays welcoming and at home. I do wish they had a continental breakfast and a cold pool to soak my shorts in but all in all a great place to lay your head.

Beds comfortable. The staff was great. Rooms clean and well maintained.

This hotel is extremely clean, the beds are so comfortable, I slept so well here, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the location works for us because it is easy to get to and there are multiple dining choices within walking distance along with an auto part store close by. I have not visited the bowling alley next door yet but it does look interesting. If you will be staying in town for a couple days.....this is the hotel to choose, very nice kitchenettes in the rooms, full size refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove top, can easily cook meals for yourself if not feeling the going out to eat vibe.

This hotel is the best one I've ever stayed at. Been here for a few months and everyday they still treat you with the same care as if you were just checking in! There have been so many people that have been so good to me and helped with anything I needed! Because of Frenchie, Darrel, Nick, M Jay, Erica, Candace, Shayne, Erin and Cody from housekeeping, and of course the GM, Juan, I would give way more than 5 stars! Highly recommended!

The room was great as always. I dealt with Frenchie at check-in and check-out, she was so great to deal with. Got me in my room early for a small fee with no hassle at all! Thanks for another great experience!

Very clean rooms and friendly service. Place is still new so that is a plus. Breakfast consists of prepackaged muffins or granola bars but for the low price you can't expect more.

Frenchie is the best I've ever dealt with in hospitality friendliness caring help and getting me set up and ready she needs a raise immediately and a bonus for her work performed beyond perfect

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It could have had a better breakfast. They only had coffee and granola bars and a couple of muffins. Other than that it was good.

I travel regularly for work and am often at a job site for weeks or months at a time. Extended Stay America has been a great choice for me. It’s very affordable with lots of services; the staff are helpful; and because the rooms have a kitchen area, I am able to prepare my own food and eat cheaper and healthier than is normally possible while traveling. At the Bartlesville location in particular, Frenchie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and Juan was also very helpful and expressed his personal thanks when the crew that I work with also began staying at ESA after I told them about my experience.
