The ONLY reason I'm giving a 5 star review is because Rachel, the customer service rep is AMAZING!! She had 8 customers in the store, was on the phone with an extremely rude rep from Cricket, who was absolutely no help and kept over talking her. She remained calm and helpful with everyone. She deserves a raise and commission!! She also deserves to have help in the store instead of being alone. MANAGEMENT BETTER WAKE UP before they lose a great employee!

If it wasn’t for my awesome customer service experience with Rachel I would not becoming back. Everyone else has always either been rude or short tempered. Thanks Rachel for fixing my issues and having patience with me! 👏🏼

I went in to get a new phone & their employee, Brittanie helped me. She was genuine & sincerely being helpful, but she was so friendly & made the process go smoothly & easily as possible.
I immediately felt at ease & comfortable doing something I might not otherwise be happy doing. Just wanted to give her recognition for doing her best, which was amazing!!!

This store has excellent customer service. The store manager Tosha is very helpful and always greets customers with a possitive attitude and never has anyone waiting. I feel I’m being given the best options when I’m here rather than feeling like I’m trying to be sold something I don’t want.

The Store Manager at the Bartlesville location, Tosha, is absolutely wonderful. She is very patient and knowledgeable. I've seen her help several customers at the same time and she somehow gives everyone her undivided attention. She's very positive and everyone that I saw her interact with was extremely happy. Tosha helped me choose a great 5G phone, a case, speaker, insurance. She even showed me that I would get 5G coverage at my home address and work address. She got me set up with ACP and now I won't even have a bill for my service. What a great asset Tosha is for Cricket. Companies need people like her! 10 STAR SERVICE

The staff in this location is absolutely incredible! We choose to go nowhere else but this location even though we travel the country for work, we will wait until we are near this location! The staff is always friendly and willing to help and troubleshoot everything we need with a smile and a helping hand! You definitely feel like family when you walk through the doors not like you entered a location that's just trying to sale you something for commission! Thank you ladies!

Great atmosphere, friendly Employee helped us in every way she could. And at 15 minutes before closing, so instead of rushing us out, she continued to help us.

The girls were great as usual. Always acknowledge me upon entering, quick friendly service. Even went out of their way to bring cellphone case selection back for me.

Best customer service of any wireless carrier in town. Great atmosphere, nice associate's, amazing prices, and clean! My favorite part is they run off the AT&T LTE Network so you get Service everywhere you go!
