Shawnee Pediatric Dentistry

Such an amazing experience! It was my sons first dentist visit, and he loved it. Dr Sarah and her staff are amazing! The TV on the celling and Teddy the therapy dog is an amazing touch. Highly recommend.

My kids love Dr. Karnish and her staff! We don’t mind driving (we live in okc) because the doctor is so good. She is caring, knowledgeable, and takes her time explaining what is going on with your child’s teeth in a way you can understand! They were very efficient with my time; I didn’t feel rushed nor did I have to wait! The staff were friendly and welcoming, one was even dressed up as a turkey (my kids loved that)! Did I mention they have a sweet pup named TEDDY! I could go on and on. Highly recommend!

Such great, friendly, and caring staff. They did such a great job with my little toddler. They were patient and kind. Best dental experience I could ask for when it comes to my kiddo.

Dr. Sarah is amazing! The office is so cute & they have really thought of everything to make it a comfortable experience for kids. From the wallpaper, the stuffed animals to practice bushing teeth, balloon animals & projector in the waiting room makes it such a welcoming environment. Teddy just tops it off! I am thankful we get to choose Dr. Sarah and her team to take care of my sons dental needs! :)

They were so kind and welcome. This was my son’s 1 year old dentist appointment and they were patient with him. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clean and professional place to go.

We’ve had a great experience at Shawnee Pediatric Dentistry. Our kids have so much fun and come back relaxed from the positive experience. Our last visit was for my child’s tooth that was coming in with a cyst. The got us in fairly quickly and removed the baby teeth in question. My child wasn’t traumatized at all. It was a very positive experience. My child is also afraid of dogs and that is also respected and he has no issues or fears visiting this office

Dr. Sarah and her staff were incredible for my two littles!! We were first greeted with the cleanest office, an informative/caring staff and their pup, Teddy. One of my kids ended up having to get “princess crowns” on their teeth and Dr. Sarah made them so comfortable with kid friendly conversations (I was the nervous one). They finished up with balloon animals and a prize from their surprise drawers! Love it. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Great experience!! My 6 year old daughter needed a couple of caps put on her teeth. Dr. Sarah and her entire staff were amazing from start to finish. My daughter never shed a tear and was surprisingly relaxed through the whole procedure. She also loves Teddy the office pup!!

Best place I’ve taken my kids to in awhile. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. My son is on the spectrum and he gets very nervous when it comes to dr appointments but Dr Sarah and her team was very accommodating and helped him ease up a bit during his first visit. My daughter also had some treatment done and the staff followed up with us later to see how she was doing. Also text reminders for appointments and after care is super helpful! I appreciate the staff very much and will continue bringing my kids for visits.

My daughter had her very first dental visit, and we could not have had a better experience! The environment is bright and cheery. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Everyone had a smile on their face when you walked through the door. Dr. Sarah was excellent at making a nervous toddler feel at ease, and she took time to answer all my questions never making me feel rushed. Teddy the Therapy Dog was icing on the cake for my animal loving girl! The did so many little things to make her first visit special, from the balloon animal to taking her picture to document her first dental visit. I am so thankful Shawnee has a place like this now!

Dr. Sarah and staff were so friendly, encouraging, and helpful all around. We came in as a new patient same day with a dental emergency. Activitiesto keep the kids busy and entertained, happy and distracted. Such a warm and inviting space. 10/10 would recommend!

We had to take our 3 month in for tongue and lip tie. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us information based on several points of view. She answered all questions, told us what she would do if it were her baby and why, and let my husband and me make a decision based on our feelings, knowledge and what she had suggested. She was super gentle with our baby and made the corrections so easy on all of us. We got a follow up call from her office a few hours after the procedure checking on the baby and asking if we needed anything. Would definitley recommend.

I've never heard of any child WANTING to go back to the dentist but my daughter LOVED her experience! They have the coolest game pad in the waiting room to keep the kiddos happy and the staff are amazing! Thank you so much for our experience with yall!

Dr. Sarah is soooo amazing! This is the best place to bring your children. She has such a way connecting with her little patients and TEDDY!!! I wish my dentist had a therapy dog. Amazing experience. Very clean and cheery to help our children feel relaxed.

We live SPD. Their new office is so cute.
They are very patient with my kids. They have a cute little dog, Teddy that will come and visit the kids. Kids get to choose a balloon animal when they are finished.
They do in house sedation surgery which really helps to cut patients medical costs. I love that I can get this kind of service here in Shawnee!

Excellent experience on our first visit! They were so kind and gentle. My son has been anxious at other dentist offices but he was totally relaxed throughout his whole visit.

This was our second visit with our kids, and the experience was just as great! The staff is kind and professional, and extremely patient with my kids. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfectly clean, and my kids actually say they are excited to go to the dentist! Something I wish I could say as an adult. ;) Thank you to the Shawnee Pediatric Dentistry team for making these memories so fun and happy for my two young kids!

I absolutely love this place. My kids enjoy the dentist now! The staff always welcome us with a positive attitude and a smile! They treat us like we are just at home. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else :)
