I think Dr Wozniak is the best. He is caring and genuinely listens. There aren’t many doctors like that now. I saw him for years before my insurance got in the way. I was able to return today and have never been so relieved. The visit went by without any problems at all.

Dr. Wozniak deserves 100,000 stars, but I do not see that option. I have been a patient of his for over a decade. He cares, listens, and will hold you accountable if you have poor health habits. He praises good habits and encourages a healthy lifestyle. He has always worked to address my health concerns and he cares.

I now live in Wilmington, NC, and the 4- hour drive to my appointments, is well worth it. My health means so much to me these days, and having Dr. Wozniak as my doctor means I can achieve optimal health, and I am worth it. Thank you to the staff as well.

Dr. Wozniak, Ms. Farmer, and Dr. Singhi are all providers that have contributed to my care at Lancaster Endocrinology. I understand that healthcare is challenging from my standpoint as a patient, but also from the standpoint of providers and support staff. Each provider has their own unique approach to treatment; however, I can say that I have always been treated fairly, and given a leading role in my own healthcare management when under the care of any of the aforementioned providers. The front desk and support staff have consistently been awesome, and I gladly give this office my highest rating of any on my healthcare team. I have been a patient for about 15 to 20 years, and I recommend this practice for your Endocrinology needs.

Dr. Wozniak is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! His expertise and insight have made an incredible difference in my disease management. The staff is very courteous and always willing to help with any insurance, or pharmacy needs. On a few occasions my insurance has required pre-authorization or medical necessity exemption forms to be submitted, and the nurses and office staff understood what was required and took care of everything for me.

Dr. Wosniak and the office staff are extremely kind. They are treating my father and take time to listen to his stories.

The Doctor explained everything very well and the amount of time that he spent with my father is nearly unheard of in medical practice today.

Best doctor ever. I’ve been type one for 15 years now. My A1c was at a 10 when I started going to Dr. Wozniak’s office now my A1c is at 6.1. I’m having straight line of sugars thanks to my dexcom and tandem tslim x2 pump and Brandy and Dr. Wozniak’s help. I would 100% recommend coming to this office

Dr. Wozniak has been treating me for years. In that time I have experienced solid quality medical care.

My wife went in for a specialist visit and checked with our insurance company beforehand that we would only have to pay the copay. But we were surprised when they charged $200 and claim that they put it toward the deductible first instead of honoring the copay. They do not run your insurance properly and will try to take as much of your money as possible and claim they will refund you the rest. Very shady practice, AVOID AT ALL COST. Doctor was less than helpful as well. Waited 3 months for this visit in hopes of answers and left with none of our concerns answered.

Avoid at all cost. Staff needs training. Last I check they aren’t doing me a favor. They get paid very well to treat people like second class citizens and when you call them out on their bullish they drop you as a patient. Thank you for dropping me I’ll take my business elsewhere where I can be appreciated and be treated as a patient not a cash cow.

Your record keeping sucks. I was there for my appointment yesterday. This really has me questioning your office's record keeping. I have not had 4 rescheduled appointments and 1 no show from 2020 to present day. No wonder I keep hearing such negative comments about this practice. And to think I have been going there for 32 plus years and told hundreds of people how good it is. No more. Thank you for being so understanding. I don't miss appointments and can't remember rescheduling 4 appointments in 3 years. Get your act together and treat disabled veterans with severe diabetes with a little bit of respect. Don't you think a loyal patient who has been coming there for over 3 decades deserves that.

The staff members demonstrate a lack of professionalism and courtesy when handling phone calls. They appear to be ill-prepared and defensive when interacting with patients.

Dr Farmer is terrific. She is very competent and helpful. But in the 15 years I’ve been going to this practice, the office staff just gets worse and worse. You never see or talk to the same person twice. Nobody on the office staff knows what’s going on. It’s so frustrating. You fill out forms online, then they make you do them over on paper once in the office. Prepare to wait because they are never on time. Takes over an hour and a half to get to see the doctors. I would change but at this point all the pump supplies and medications are tied to this practice. It would be a hell of a process to redo everything. If your insurance will allow it, find a different practice. My advice to the doctors, rethink your office procedures.

Office staff should find a new line of work. Billing is written so you never know what you are paying for, whether you are paid up and then refuse to mail detailed billing statements. Few months at this provider was enough for me. Find somewhere the doctors take time to look at reviews and make necessary changes to their practice. When no change occurs it makes me feel doctors are behind this shady billing practice. This complaint is common, wish I would have read reviews before visiting this practice.

One star is a stretch.. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office ever. Dr. Wozniak is amazing- and I hate for him that his office staff is standing in between him and his greatness. They are extremely unprofessional , and disorganized. Getting prescriptions was pulling teeth. Wasn’t even there a year and switched offices so fast. I would stay far away.

Arrive @ 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment.....at 9:27, paid my co pay and at 9:45 I was still waiting. I kindly asked for a refund of my co pay and walked out! I was a former patient and did not want to return because of the difficulty of scheduling and the wait time. I have requested for my doctors office to forward my referral to another office.

New patient to the area been trying to get to see a doctor for over 3 weeks and get a run around if they have recieved my records from my previous doctor. They keep saying they will look and call back either way. They never call back. Staff is totally clueless in what they are doing. Would not recommend this place

Terrible office staff! If they are not outright rude they are indifferent to the point of infuriating. The doctors are both really nice, but their staff is the absolute WORST. Working on a referral to another Endocrinologist office so I never have to go back.

They will hold your medication hostage.
