Lillian Custom Homes built our dream home. My experience was amazing from the first initial phone call with the online sales consultants,Sarah. She provided detailed information about the building process in community we were interested in building in and was able to set up our appointment with Kelly. Kelly was phenomenal through our building process and kept us updated with weekly pictures through the whole build process. After dealing with some difficulties with our initial lender we decided to Close with AMSW Lending and Town Square Title. They all teamed up and made it a smooth process.

We really love our Gravity Home! It's the perfect size for us, well designed, and in a quiet neighborhood. Pilot Point is a very friendly town. There are "smart" features in our home not usually found in our price range. Our salesperson, Rachael P., did a wonderful job getting us closed quickly and keeping us informed about the status of our home. Alex (construction manager) has been excellent to work with and gets work done quickly and correctly.

After closing, we had some "normal" concerns - garage door alignment, mulch/fertilizer schedule, a broken globe light. These were all fixed within days of submitting a warranty ticket. A larger one, an underground pipe leak, was fixed within a week. Breanna and Dixie (warranty department) are extremely responsive to online service requests. We continue to have one issue, but they are keeping us up to date and are actively working to resolve it. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase.

As a real estate investor and working with Walter I have nothing but positive things to say. My clients have bought several homes with Lillian and whenever there was an issue they took care of it immediately and kept me informed step-by-step of the building process. Their warranty department is also top notch.

We had a tile issue that we needed repaired. We had to go through the warranty department at Lillian. We worked with Dixie Keel and she does an excellent job. She is proficient and has a great sense of urgency. Most of all she stays in communication throughout, no matter how short or long that process may take. I highly recommend working with her for any warranty needs. She is a great employee for Lillian.

I won’t go into details but we had an issue with our home in which sone fixtures were not installed correctly. Our warranty was no longer valid. I reached out to Dixie and she made sure to send electricians to our home to fix their (the electrician’s mistake, not Lillian’s) mistakes. Lilian did not impose a cost to me. Very professionally, promo and courteous. The electrician who came out was also of the utmost professionalism and good quality of work. They were not the electricians responsible for the original bad installation.

We purchased our custom build home in February in Burleson. Sarah was AMAZING! She helped every step of the way and still will return any calls or texts to this day. She was very attentive and patient during the entire process. She was vey friendly. We couldn't be happier with Lillian home and would build again with them in the future.

They handled all our warranty work on our home without any problems. It was completed on time and properly. Communication was excellent. Dixie handled our concerns. She was courteous, quick to respond and very professional. Lillian Custom Homes built our home, and we love it.

I see a lot of negative reviews regarding Lillian Homes. I wanted to share that I've experienced great service as it pertained to warranty work. Throughout the warranty period anything needing addressed was done in a timely manner and the warranty specialist followed up to insure the work was done to my satisfaction. In fact, just prior to my warranty expiring, I had the home inspected and found 9 items needing attention or review. Rudy (Lillian Warranty Specialist) was "Johnny on the spot"! All of items were reviewed and corrected within a month.

Dixie was GREAT! One of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. It was a rough start with another arm of the company , but she stepped in and made everything right and got all of my problems with my home addressed. I felt pretty helpless as a first time buyer with the process, but due to her understanding and professionalism, everything worked out great.

Dixie Keel has been a pleasure to work with. We are on a 1 year home warranty and have put in a few tickets since we moved in. She personally came to the house to discuss the next steps and take photos. Very responsive and thorough in her work. She was on top of everything. Even took the time to show us how to work the sprinkler system. Helped us avoid another $500+ water bill! Looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Honestly working with Lillian has been smooth for my client and myself. The sales agent Walter Day Has been super helpful and the team they have there with the builder Chris made my experience very postive and I look to working with them in the future.

Breanne in the warranty department is on top of her game. We had the A/C unit go out, and she stayed on top of the situation the whole time. I can't believe how much attention to detail she shows. She is truly an asset to Lillian homes . Wonderful customer service. Thanks

We closed on our Lillian Home in November and have needed some home warranty items done. Dixie in the warranty department is outstanding. It’s stressful needing to have things fixed in a brand new home but Dixie made the process easy and worked diligently to make sure what we needed done was done as quickly as possible and was done correctly.

Lillian homes Warranty department worked very fast and efficient. My contact there Dixie was very polite and showed empathy to my concerns. She quickly got all of my issues corrected.

We were selling our home and business and having to do a big estate sale at the same time as buying our new home. Our experience with Lillian Homes was a very positive one. All the repairs have been completed on this new construction and what would have been a cumbersome issue as a homeowner to follow up with all the venders was made so easy with Dixie doing the heavy lifting . She engaged the venders for scheduling and then followed up until the work was complete thus enabling me to relax knowing all will be taken care of by Dixie .

I have been dealing with Duxue & Breanne form the warranty department and they are 2 Rockstars! I purchase several homes for an investment group from different builders and working with these ladies have been easy. Super responsive and they go above and beyond.

Casey at Hidden Vistas is amazing! she worked with me and my husband every step of the way and was very relatable. Never once did we feel she was pushing us to do something we were unsure about. She was professional and over all has an amazing heart! we can not wait to be apart of the lillian home family.
