My wife and I traveled all over the country looking for a different style of furniture for our new home. We came across Noel Furniture. We call and text with Diann Maxey .We set up a time and day to meet. There was no pressure, we shop throughout the store for about 3 to 4 hours. Noel Furniture and Diann Maxey delivered on what were looking for. Noel Furniture doesn't just sale furniture. They sale furniture that are pieces of Art. We also purchased rugs that were very different from other rugs that we were interested in purchasing. The furniture and rugs are of excellent quality and very heavy. The delivery was real white glove delivery. The delivery guy's were very knowledgeable and had some good ideas on placement. We will be purchasing additional pieces in the future. It was pleasure working with Diann Maxey. We live in Georgia ,so considering the distance Diann handled everything from start to finish.

Diann Maxey and Noel Furniture delivered more than what we were looking for. When shopping at Noel we didn't fine just furniture, we found furniture that were pieces of Art. The art pieces were well made and undamaged. The white glove delivery was really what it says. The delivery guy's were knowledgeable and had some good ideas on placement.

I had a wonderful experience with CARMEN BARONE. She was extremely helpful as a designer in helping me find the right pieces for my home. I truly appreciate the experience. I would highly recommend her!

Diana Maxey was amazing. I drove to Noel’s looking for a dining room table that was different. I explain to her I was building a new home with an open floor plan, and wanted a table to help the area flow consistently from one space to the other. I looked at the table before going inside the store, after walking around the store I realize the table Diana showed me was perfect.

Noel is a very upscale furniture store, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer one of a kind pieces on their floor as well as special orders. They offer Paul Robert and Marge Carson upholstery and much more select manufacturers, just to name a couple. Beautiful store, and great selection.

At Noel Furnitire all of their sales people are decorators too. We worked with Carmen Barone she was patient with us and made terrific suggestions around what would look nice in our home. When the furniture was delivered, she came to be sure everything looked great. Unsure which rugs would look best under our dining room table, she brought out three suggestions and had the delivery men place each one under the table so we could visualize it.
Noel has the largest selection of Christopher Guy furniture. We even went to the show room in Chicago & it paled Noel’s selection. For quality furniture & customer service ask for Carmen.

The communication via text was excellent. I was interested in a quote on a Marge Carson sofa, and the sales rep diligently followed up answering all of my questions and even provided a link to view sample fabrics. I would shop here, as I was impressed with the prompt responses, courteousness and professional treatment received - never felt rushed or pressured.

I was fortunate to get a personal tour of the store early this week by R.C., the owner, and I was totally amazed at what Noel had to offer!! R.C. walked me through the process by which their furniture pieces were made and the care infused in each item by the workers and I was definitely impressed. I feel like a kid in a candy store 😍 Noel has some of the most beautiful, luxury furniture in our city. It's truly one of a kind.

I used the online chat and it was amazing. They searched for the perfect display cabinet for me over a week. Once they found one I loved and I could not come down to the store. They did the sale online and had my cabinet delivered the next day. They went above and beyond. It was a completely easy and great experience. Thank all of you.
