Bruce and Roof Pro were great. Bruce was very responsive and answered any questions. They delivered quickly as promised and did a great job on our roof. They even did extra by trimming some trees that were close to roof even though not part of the contract. Would definitely recommend them.

They were very customer focused and always stayed in communication about the device schedule even if it was pushed due to weather. The crew actually cleaned up better than when they got here. Roof Pro Local and Bruce Middlebrook are the best! I had issues stretching over 2 years with my insurance company about replacing my roof and Bruce supported me all that time. He even connected me with a public adjuster who finally got the company to agree to a replacement. He guided me through the shingle selection process and his roofing crew was amazing-on-time, organized, and always ready to answer questions. I have a large roof and they completed the job in one day, leaving my property absolutely clean, as if they had never been there. He also connected me with possible contractors for replacing my gutters and painting the exterior of the house. I used his recommendations and was more that satisfied with everyone he suggested. And Bruce was "on the scene" often to ensure all work was done to a high standard. I am still working with him on a project to repair the framework around the large windows in my sunroom.
