Shout out to Adriana! I went in today to get a new good bra for an event and she helped me find my new size and one with enough support. She checked on me after each try and would go get a new size for me to try until we found the right one. She made sure to help other customers as well and was very knowledgeable about what I needed. Every employee here is the reason I make the drive to go to this specific location whenever I need a new bra!

My mom and I had THE best experience today at Soma thanks to Beverly and Mia. Beverly is the measuring magician and Mia will help you with all things undies and getting your account sorted to get discounts and points. Will definitely be going back frequently if these ladies are still there. If wine was being served, we would have never left! Do yourself a favor and go in there. You need a new measurement and a new bra.

Great store! The ladies are very helpful and the location is terrific. Parking was available directly outside the boutique doors. They have beautiful pajamas, slippers, bras and panties. All items are very soft and the prints are all nice; both bright prints and mono colored prints are available. On one visit, I purchased pajamas for my mother-in-law then bras and panties for me on another visit. Both times I was greeted and had a wonderful experience. The ladies offered assistance, measured me for bras, were very kind and made suggestions on items; they even showed me the sale items. They are more expensive than regular stores, BUT the quality and service are way better than regular stores. I prefer quality over quantity. You have a good crew. Keep it up. I will return for sure!
(Side note: try this store before you try the Memorial City Mall location. I had time to kill while waiting on my hair appointment. The girl on duty the day I went in to the mall location was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Also, there is an odor at that location. It is not kept up and smells/feels dirty. Just goes to show you how a location can be ruined by their staff. Sad situation. If I ventured into that store first instead of the other one, I would have thought all Soma stores were high priced for low quality simply because the staff had a bad vibe and the store smelled so bad.)

I wanted to give this one star, because I spent entirely too much money! LOL However, I actually got great service by Mariela. She made me feel very comfortable when I needed to have a sizing done. Also, the store temperature was great, not too hot and not too cold. I found a great selection in all different sizes and styles.

I have to give major props to the team at this Soma boutique. Yesica made the mundane task of bra shopping a truly wonderful experience. She took her time to make sure that the bra I settled on not only fit perfectly but also inspired confidence. Her patience and kindness allowed me to have a fun time shopping. The entire staff is very supportive of each other and displays a sincere desire to make your visit there enjoyable. 5 stars across the board!!
