Quality Inn Logan near University

I did not stay at the Quality Inn in Logan. Why did I give it 5-stars? Well, on my way to stay there, I got snowed in at Kemmerer, WY only hours before I was supposed to check in. I called and informed them that I could not make it. After working with several great employees—Jonathan and Lillian in particular—they dropped the holding charges and didn’t charge me a no-show fee. Any hotel that bends over backwards and shows compassion to help a customer like that deserves 5 stars in my book. Thanks again!

Edit: Turns out I was mistaken. After the holding charge rolled off my bank statement, I found out I was going to be charged anyway. We negotiated and they agreed to only charge me for one room, which I appreciate. Again, Lillian was great to work with!

Probably the best 2 Star hotel I’ve stayed at. Management was very accommodating. Room & bathroom were clean and everything worked. Bed was comfortable. I’d stay there again if I needed to.

Great place for a weekend getaway or extended stay. The staff was amazing with a special nod to Mrs. Wednesday being exceptionally accommodating after I needed a change of itinerary.

Rooms were clean and smoke free. Lots of space in the bathroom. Hot water was quick to hit the shower. Great water pressure. AC kept the room cold and it had a continuous fan function for air movement.

Didn't get to use the pool but it is detached from the main building which keeps noise and foot traffic down, a plus.

Parking was not a problem during my stay, however note that it does not wrap around the entire hotel.

The only negative I have to point out is not related to the lodging itself, which is road noise from US89. Be prepared to hear diesel engine brakes on a semi-regular basis. Again not something the hotel can control and won't deduct anything from the quality of stay if you aren't in the room all day.

All in all 5/5 and will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel stay. The price was really good, excellent and friendly staff, rooms were very clean, decent breakfast included, and the heated pool was a great bonus. Highly recommended place to stay.

What a lovely place. Very convenient for these two older ladies. They graciously gave us a first floor room so we didn’t have difficulty getting luggage in and out. The front office staff went out of their way to help. I really felt like I was staying at a much more expensive facility. The room was lovely, well appointed and clean as a whistle. THANKYOU so much for new friends and a very comfortable stay.

Its closer to hwy 91 but further from town. Breakfast was okay really not much to choose from on this visit . Eggs,liguicia, waffles,bagels, toast, coffe, juices.
Pool and hot tub

I was driving from the PNW to Texas and we stopped here after driving 12 hours. This is truly a hidden gem, for the price and what you get, is incredible! The room is very big and spacious! I was very impressed and they have a complimentary hot breakfast. I forgot to mention their huge pool! Utah has the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen! I would 100% go back to this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and provided you with the necessities. The pool was actually warm which was so nice!! The staff are really friendly. They had a to-go breakfast bag that was nice. Definitely would recommend. The only complaint I have is the busy road nearby! Hard to get into parking lot and out, plus the noise of the passing cars.

We stayed Sunday, July 17th. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond expectations. Upon departing, one employee even rushed out to our car to get us two bottles of water! We highly recommend this location!

One of the best customer service and front desk help I have experienced. The room was clean and comfortable. And they served a hot good breakfast. Highly recommend.

We had to get our room replaced and you did it very quickly

I give it a 5 star for the value! The price was something you would expect from a motel 6 but the stay was something you would expect from a much nicer than that. Beds were great, place was clean and the staff was awesome in every way. Friendly a nd quick to address any issues that arise. What could make it nicer? A breeze way between the pool area and the building. It is only about 15 feet but it was cold this weekend. Breakfast was very good! If you forget anything, they have it! Loved the attention given by the staff including the cleaning ladies. We stayed two nights and had multiple rooms and have nothing negative to say. Yes, will stay again when we come back to this area.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was nice, the pool was awesome, and they have a great WiFi connection as well. Understandably the continental breakfast had to be a breakfast to-go bag because of the pandemic. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were accommodating and very kind. We felt very safe as the staff were careful about keeping masks and handling guidelines. We loved that we could bring our dog, go swimming, and sleep comfortably. Will very likely stay there again.

We had fun. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was a good temperature and well maintained. Kids had a great time. Close to Logan without being in town.

The company put me up here for two weeks, at first i was sceptical. One day durning those two weeks was my wife's birthday. On her birthday the fridge in our room quit working, so i requested a fix. The young lady at the front desk was happy to help and let us out our food in the kitchen fridge. While we were at dinner they brought us a new fridge, and left her some candy and a very nice note wishing her a happy birthday. Aside from great staff, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would gladly stay here again. Also, if any of the higher ups at the comfort inn read this, I hope you take as good of care of your employees as they took of us.

This is a very nice hotel. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave me complimentary water, and a bag of m&m's. They have a couple spots for semi trucks, so that's a big plus for me. If I'm ever this way again, I will definitely stay here.

This quality inn is absolutely amazing! Yes it's off the beaten path but well worth the price and drive! Staff is tremendously helpful and on top of making the guest feel comfortable and welcomed, example= my coffee pot was leaking so I mentioned it and they put a brand new one in , left a pleasant note along with 2 full size Hershey bars! I was like "wow" this wasn't necessary but dang it was nice. I also asked when I first arrived about food delivery and the front guest service gentlemen printed out who delivers and recommended who was good! Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Hands down this was the best hotel I have stayed in! P.s. my jobs require me to travel so nice hotels are few and I between! Must come and stay if your in town.
