Amazing selection of christmas decorations at prices you just don't see anymore. The customer service was also exceptional. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. My mom was having issues with not receiving her emails for the rewards account, and the associate gave us useful information about how to get that resolved. She was very kind and made the shopping experience great.

Just browsing. Killing time. Found some really cute sketch pads for my granddaughter for a $1 each. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The store is very well organized clean and neat.

Big Lots just has great stuff. I love their housewares and home decor. I bought 2 jar candles for $5 each, a bucket of cheese balls, and a home decor item. I also bought a jar of Cantu conditioning cream for only $5. I normally pay $7 at Walmart and Walgreens.

I haven't been here in a while. I do like all their comforters,pillows, sheets, and home goods. Lots of pets supply reasonable prices.Never had a problem returning anything if I needed to. The store is a little farther from my home than I like to go, but I go there when I can.

You never know what you will find here. The rewards program is outstanding.

This was the best service I've ever had a big lots. There was a very nice Indian lady at the counter that helped make. I wish I could remember her name but she's awesome. Don't ever lose her

I had a Absolute Amazing Shopping Day at Big Lots. Mary greeted me like family. So sweet and kind and so happy and pleasant conversation. Now Manager wasn’t said no formal greeting when I had a issue with one coupon problem was solved by Mary everything was correct. I definitely will return soon

Great priced items

Big Lots always has a great variety of items available, plus you never know what the new arrivals might be.

Love shopping here. They have so much to offer.
I use my rewards card and get email coupons all the time.

My only dislike is that many items have no price nor is the shelf marked. They should install price scanners for customers.

This big lots is very well organized. The items are put together real nice and it gives you good decorating ideas. I have a big lot store closer to my home but I go out of my way to come to this one. I brought a friend along and she said 👍 yess they have really changed for the better. Good job you guys the store set up is awesome !! 🎊

Fast and easy service. Charles, the Furniture Manager, very quickly checked us out and loaded a packaged piece of Lane furniture weighing over 200 lbs. by himself safely & professionally.

The store is always clean the customer service team they all are very friendly and helpful. All items are very easy to find and if you can't find something there's always someone there to help you

Went to Big Lots to purchase a metal futon frame. We waited for about 10 minutes or so as the staff member was assisting a couple making a purchase. He did ask us what we wanted just as another staff member came to the sales counter. We told him, he asked the next employee to check if frame was in stock. About 10 minutes later the employee returned with the boxed item, I paid for it and the first employee helped load it in our vehicle. Both employees were very efficient and polite.

Woo hoo! I found the planters I wanted (for sprucing up my patio) at the right price. On top of that, I used my 20%off coupon (on my entire purchase). If that wasn't enough, I received a coupon on my receipt for $10 off my next $40 purchase. This is the reason I like to shop at Big Lots. I always save Big on Lots! You can, too!

Very helpful employees, sometimes they get real busy and are understaffed so patience is recommended if it's busy. Otherwise this store has more than other big lots stores. I definitely recommend calling ahead of time to check if they have an item in stock, usually they will be able to tell you within a minute or two if you have the SKU#.

I bought a couch from their furniture center. I returned it 24 days later due the seams opening all over the couch, it was really the manufacturer's fault the way it wasn't quality crafted. But Tracey (manager at this store) made it right by getting me another couch, he was great with customer service and was very understanding. I will be shopping here again.

Store is clean and we'll organized. Event variety of packaged food and cleaning products. This location devotes a large portion of its store to furniture and home furnishings. I'm guessing the prices and quality are similar to the grocery side of the store.

Cleanest Big Lots I've been to, if I'm being honest. I'm just here for the prices rather than the aesthetic/atmosphere.
