Emmanuel was great in our search for a new mattress. We were comparing mattresses, bases and prices from several different places around Houston. We did our research, wanting something to help with back and hip pain and he fully understood what we were looking for. He worked with us and gave us exactly what we were looking for and at a better price than any other place in town. Extremely good experience.

Christian and Andy were super helpful and patient. Especially Andy, all of his industry knowledge and input was greatly appreciated in assisting with my buying decision. I can honestly say this is the best sleep I've had in a long time and it feels great to be refreshed! 😀

On my daily walk, I dashed into Mattress Firm and was acquainted with a salesman with a serene and personable persona. He was uniquely genuine and shared a wealth of info regarding the importance of mattress purchasing. Details of much unawareness! Eventually I settled in purchasing a mattress for a twin bed and was greatly satisfied. The Lord is everywhere, doesn't take much to know his followers, I left astonished and felt his spirit. Mattress Firm at Kirby Houston, TX is a must to buy your mattresses if you needed to be. Upon getting in the day I went there, a person in charged was busy talking on the phone. He let me be while browsing the mattresses one by one. When he realized that I checked already in every corner of the store, he then came to me and asked if I needed some help in not an obtrusive and pushy manner, but ready to listen and help. That's how I learned his name is Andres. He was very attentive to every word I say especially when I told him that I don't want to spend thousands of dollars for a mattress since the mattresses that are on the display have tag prices on it over a thousand dollars at least the cheapest and it could go up to over as $6,000 + as I saw upon browsing them. Don't let them intimidate you. Andres is there to cater you with your budget within reason and get the bed that you want. You can trust him with his words of honor. I told him that I had been sleeping on a couch for days and wish to have my bed the next day, he then scheduled the delivery on the next day. If I shop as soon as they opened that day, perhaps, I could have my mattress on that same day, but I went there at late afternoon almost closing time. Thank you so much Andres for all your patience while I was negotiating upon my budget. You are a professional dealer with compassion.

Fantastic experience. Montana Gangwer and Hugh were really helpful. They took the time to explain the differences in the products we were interested and kept things low pressure. If you’re looking for a new mattress I’d strongly suggest stopping by and taking a look.

They were able to pull up the mattresses I purchased a few years before and show me similar ones and were also able to order the one I had from before which I preferred.
