I was in your store today and was helped by Charles. I was looking for a pillow to help relieve the stress on my head. Charles was extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate the information and was able to find a pillow that met my needs. Charles was very respectful and had such a friendly demeanor. My experience was exceptional due to Charles’ kind and honest approach.

Antonio is excellent to work with, I purchased several chairs from him and he is always ready to help with any maintenance issues. We highly recommend working with him.

I always love shopping here. I went in looking for a new office chair and fell in love with the Xchair X4. Dan Sconce was very patient and knowledgeable about the xChair. He took his time to show me how to adjust this chair to my needs. He went out of his way to check if another color was available to meet my needs. Charles is a 10 star in customer service ! My husband did some research for extreme back pain and Charles met every need with the correct pillows purchased and an office chair ect for our future needs to help relive the pain ! Ty Charles !

I was struggling with neck pain. Dan recommended a pillow to help with my pain. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable.

After having lower back surgery and physical therapy I was recommended a zero gravity chair by my doctor. Dan at the Town & Country Store helped me and was very patient showing me all the options. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell loves what he does. Of course you can buy these recliners online but you will never get the expert advice and quality service from a sales person like Dan. I purchased the Human Touch Gravis ZG Chair. The Zero Gravity chair is very comfortable and programable with the Gravis app. Charles was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the store's products. He spent a lot of time with me. He gets 5 stars.

I purchased the High Back Executive Office Chair in 2006 from Relax The Back and that was one of the best decisions that I ever made! That chair has given me amazing back and lumbar support over the years as I work in front of a computer all day and the investment was well worth the cost. I had an issue with the seat cushion which was covered under the limited lifetime warranty and Lifeform, the manufacturer, made me a new seat cushion and shipped it to my home for a small fee. Charles Piserelle at the Town and Country location provided me with exceptional customer service going above and beyond to install the new seat cushion on my chair at the store. The service that I received today from Charles after owning this chair for over 17 years blew me away! Finding a retail establishment in this environment that stands behind their merchandise is like finding a needle in a haystack, and I will definitely be a repeat customer as a direct result of this experience. Keep up the great work!!!

I’m writing in because Charles has such excellent communicative skills . We purchased a zero gravity chair and since then 2 months in. He has called in and asked us how the chair has been working for us . I recommend seeing him if you’re looking for any pain relief product . Thanks again

I went into this store for the first time . Never heard of it ! Ended up leaving with a massage chair for my home, an office chair as well. I never realized how much of pain I was in until I started using these chairs . Charles was extremely knowledgeable of all the products and really listened to my needs . I will be coming back for an inversion table!

Dan was helpful. They didn’t have the pillow I needed, but he ordered it for me!

My husband and I purchased a chair from Relax the Back about 10 or 15 years ago. It had become very loose and a couple of screws from the back had fallen out. I took the chair into the location on Sam Houston Tollway where Charles so kindly tightened everything and replaced the two missing screws at no cost. It’s like new again and will probably last another 10, 15 or more years! Thank you, Charles!

We purchased an "X" chair from Charles P. and he was great! He knew everything about the chair and already has us thinking about one of the really nice massage chairs. The X chair is fantastic and Charles is too! Ask him to give you the massage chair demo. it is AWERSOME! Just like Charles.

Roland was a tremendous help as I was purchasing an ergonomic chair for my work station at home. He took over 1 hour with me at the shop and listened to my concerns and problems and then showed me multiple options for addressing my problems. He was easy to work with and not pushy in any way - just supportive and empathetic the whole time. He helped me purchase my custom chair and advised that getting a doctor's prescription for an ergonomic chair would remove the need to pay taxes on the chair. Once the chair was delivered to his shop, he offered to come set up the chair at my home for no cost so the chair would be exactly fitted to my home work station. I could not have had a better experience and am so grateful for having met Roland. I highly recommend this location and working with Roland.

I had a wonderful experience at this location of Relax the Back. Roland was extremely helpful and a true an educator. Roland taught me about spine alignment and why my bedding and pillows matter. I went in because my neck was hurting every morning. Because of Roland & Relax the Back, I wake up every morning without pain, alert and feeling rested. Roland listened to all of my concerns and questions and offered sound advice. Honestly, I am sleeping a better and feeling fully rested when I wake up every morning. Thank you, Roland. Customer service is excellent. We had a follow up call after our purchase and were invited to have a session on use of the massage chair once we had an opportunity to use it. That was vey helpful. My husband and I highly recommend our Super Novo chair and Relax the Back.

Purchased an office chair from Jill today. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She spent all the time with me that I needed in order to make a decision on the right chair for my needs. The attendant that help me was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I came in for a sacra-ease for my back and in addition she saw my condition and asked me if I was sleeping well, which I was not, then she proceeded to show me how I probably was dealing with my pain and she mimic the very same movements that I had been doing in bed, needless to say I was sold on that and walked out with the Slope Knee Lift and the Sleep Side Sleeper and it improved my sleep and rest. I now sleep like a baby....no, no, more like a log. Thank you Relax the Back
