Fred Loya Insurance

These people are honest and fair I was needing auto insurance on my car that I just purchased they gave me a lower rate then any one else in houston so come to Fred Loya they will not disappoint you I am happy with my insurance give Fred Loya a chance you will not be disappointed they will save you money they did me.

They pretty cool, they only problem is how they sound like a collection agency for payments. Even when payments are 6 days before due and 15 days before cancelation.

Helping me get insurance on a moments notice! I'm grateful for their services.. much better customer service than both GEICO and Allstate. That's from experience with both those 'big' Name insurance companies.

Alex assisted us today & he went above and beyond! He answered all of our questions with no problems & he had great customer service! Thanks for making the process easy for us!!

The door was locked in business hours and the people inside do not open for me the door and they are laughing inside. Really disrespectful attitude

Called this location to speak to someone about why they suddenly without notice up charged me.
No changes to my DL.
Just a sudden up charge in my policy.
Spoke to a guy named Alex.
He was not interested in helping me, and had a condescending attitude.
Told him i travel for work and that I am not interested in doing business with Fred loya anymore and to cancel my policy and refund my money since I was charged today.
He gave me the run around and eventually told me he would speak to his manager and call me back about canceling it.
I wait all day and around 5:45 he calls me back and says there is nothing he can do while clearly trying to quick talk me off the phone.

Be warned, Fred loya is not interested in helping or customer loyalty.
They are money driven only and by clear and constant instances they screw people over.

Also, this location is a definite wrong choice if they have people like Alex under their employ.
