Staff is super cool. An item I wanted still had a discounted price on it but the sale had ended. With no hesitation, the honored the price and removed the discounted tags from the remaining merchandise on the shelf. Very professional and courteous. Go see Christian and Sébastien. They'll get you right!

Not sure if there's a Mass Employee change BUT These reviews were Night& Day from our experience. Greeted from door and helped until end. Did not have receipt and still was able to even exchange an online order. Will be doing more business in store here instead of online.

Doing a great job but I don't get how you got a 2 hour window to pick up raffle shoes . Most people have jobs and I'm not giving my ID to anyone to pick up shoes!

I did not have any problems with my visit. I purchased shoes online, picked up my items, and purchased something in the store with zero issues.

Some reviews say employees are young or unprofessional. I’m not sure what age has to do with anything. The “young unprofessional” people that were there that day were courteous, helpful, and professional. They seemed to enjoy their work environment.

The store, had a good selection of items. It was clean and organized. A young woman greeted me as I walked in while checking out another customer. That shows me she pays attention. A young gentleman helped me check out and made conversation with me. Overall, my experience here was great.
