Very nice and professional guys. I'm very glad that I spent time with them. They take care of my cargo van. Thank you! This is only one tools which I am used to fix my steps!

I came in at 10 a.m. to get my 96 Impala SS a safety inspection and head to the court house for plates. Noah came out and immediately greeted me and told me it would be about 30 minutes because there were a few cars ahead of me. 40 minutes later I was out the door, the extra 10 minutes was because my 3rd brake light was out and the technician wanted to know if I wanted it replaced, yes of course. Daisy was very nice and kept complimenting my Impala SS as well as 90% of the staff working. Nice waiting area, cold water, TV, I will be back from now on for my inspections.

Everyone at the west road fire stone was amazing. Took really good care of me got me out of there in a reasonable time. Explained everything really good customer service.

I had a great experience. Moses was very professional, and honest. I had an oil change and a few other things. It is a clean location.

Last minute before the holidays and they helped me out. Made everything easy.

First time shopper at Firestone via recommendation from a friend. The staff was very helpful in assisting me. I left and came back later to add tires to the bill, they got them in from a different store and installed by the time they closed. I did wait all day, but they were busy and I was ok with waiting. In return I was taken care of and my car drives straight again!

My spouse and I were starting an out of state trip on 3/16/2022. We had our oil changed the day before the trip at a lube change store. When on the road in Houston at the start of our trip the next morning, we heard loud scrapping noises, so we exited the freeway into the parking lot of a Firestone Auto Care Center at 8920 W. Sam Houston Parkway. I looked under my car and saw that the lube oil change store did not replace the skid plate that protects the bottom of the engine and it was scrapping the pavement whenever we crossed small bumps in the road at highway speeds.

Brent Washington at the Firestone store said that he and his staff could fix this for us very quickly. His staff replaced the missing bolts and would not bill us or accept any payment for this service.
Mr. Washington is the absolute perfect example of a great Service Manager. I hope anyone reading this will trade at this particular Firestone Auto Care store.
To the Firestone Management: I really hope you recognize the quality of Mr. Washington and I hope that you will reward him with excellent performance ratings and promote him as fast as you can. He is exactly what your company needs in the service world , especially in today's economy.

Adam and the crew did an amazing job of repairing a damaged tire on a Sunday afternoon. The service was polite, professional and efficient. It enabled my cousin to take care of family business and then drive back to Dallas without trouble. Thanks again! Outstanding!

Wow! They were amazing! About half way to IAH we got a notification that one of our tires was low. I called them and told them our situation, but didn’t give them my name or anything other than we’d be there in 10 minutes. We pulled in to their parking lot and a technician was ready for us. They inspected and found a hole. We were in & out in with a repair in 30 minutes! Not only were they quick and took care of our problem, they were incredibly friendly & courteous to us!! They took a bad situation and made it a great experience! We made our flight in plenty of time! Thanks is not nearly enough!

I came by about an hour before close, and the team was very quick to take care of my issue. They made sure i was comfortable while i waited for the work to be complete and considered my financial situation carefully while we discussed options. Very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Everyone very helpful, respectful, and friendly.

My son's car had some electrical issues and wouldn’t run very far at all. We had replaced the battery and alternator already. Initially, they couldn’t determine what was needed to get the car running but they didn’t give up. A day later they replaced a fuse and discovered and anti-theft alarm issue, so now he’s on his way (driving) to the dealer to get them to fix that. Excellent service and much appreciated!

Excellent customer service! We were helped by service advisor, Angela Newman. She went above and beyond to help explain our repair needs and costs. She worked with us to make sure we got the best price. Our vehicle was repaired and ready when promised. We will most certainly return to this location for future car repair needs.

They had my tire replaced with a new tire very fast in about 10 minutes and I was back on the road in almost no time at all super Friendly staff as well

I dealt with Moses for a tire replacement and he was highly professional, courteous and honest. Better prices offered for services rendered than my dealership. Highly recommend.

On our way to the airport today when the low tire pressure light popped on. We looked for a place to stop online and chose the Firestone on West road and Beltway 8. We called to tell them our situation and we’d be there in 5 min. They were ready for us and discovered a screw in our tire. 32 min later we had a patched tire that will last as long as new and we were at our flight gate in plenty of time. Great job by team Firestone.

I needed to get in and out for an oil change and tire repair by 0830. I was told I couldn't make an appointment, but if I showed up at opening time, they would take care of me. I showed up at 0700, they got right to it and took care of me.

Angela was awesome. I had a double blow out on Run Flat Tires ($$$) and she work with me to get me the best price possible on the new tires. They took care of me promptly and everyone was very nice.

I've been a Firestone customer for over 10yrs now. I have been to at least 6 different locations, and this location has been one of the best. I just did an alignment check, but other location I usually go to, made a big deal about aftermarket wheels/tires on my F250. No excuses here....Thank You Angela!!!
