Wait was very reasonable especially for how busy they are.

He's Kind, Understanding and, Accommodating. He was able to assist with decision-making on the best tires suited for my driving needs.

I ordered tires earlier in the week and set an appointment to have them installed first thing Friday morning. I showed up and they got started only to find out the wrong tires were delivered. To make up for the inconvenience, I was upgraded to a better, more expensive set at no charge. They were aware I made this appointment because I had things to get done and wanted to get me on my way

Shoutout to Enrique for helping me out yesterday with replacing my busted tire!! I hit a pothole and blew my tire out at 4:30pm yesterday….just knew I would be stuck on a dummy tire until the next day. Not at all!! Called the 45 & N. Freeway location and spoke with Enrique and explained the situation. . . he assured me that if I could get there before they closed, he could take care of me. I did and he did!! Arrived at 5:27pm and was out the door by 6:01pm(yes, I was watching the ⏰). Great job done by the staff and Enrique at this location. Will definitely be back.

Just wanna say that this is my fav store and I wanna thank Homer for always being courteous and helping me whenever I come in with a problem with my tires he’s fast and gets the job done and makes my visit a great one every time.

Paid for 4 new tires at 10:00am on the dot and drove off at 10:36. The guys in the shop communicate well with each other and get the job done. Kohen and Eric in the front are hospitable make deals happen. Excellent service, clean lobby and restrooms.

The sale person was great! He explained everything to us with the sales their having. With each question we had he toke the time to explain n with that he help us pick what we wanted.. The lobby has the usual amount of grime but the dudes are super nice. If possible, always get an appointment! I had an appointment to fix a flat and check my spare and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Guys do a really good job here. Adrian and Omar were great. They had time to answer all my questions. I kept repeating myself because the Southwest Frwy Discount Tire, did not have the time to do so as they were busy.

Fast and professional. Only got a patch but I use Discount Zaire most of the time.

The staff here was fantastic, courteous, and on point. I made an appointment and arrived a little early. There were a few people waiting in line at the door for the location to open up. I waited in my vehicle until they opened. Once they opened, the staff took care of everyone in an expedient manner. They were very polite and made you feel welcome. I explained to the gentleman that I discovered a nail in my tire which was confirmed as a bolt once they got it in the shop. He did their routine inspection of all the tires and let me know the condition of my treads. He informed me that I would need to think about getting some tires a little later down the road, but never tried to pressure me into getting some at that moment. They were still in safe enough condition to continue driving on them. After getting my vehicle in the shop, I was given an estimated completion time of about 30 minutes. I would say about 15 minutes later, I was out the door and back on the road. I have always relied on Discount Tire for my tire needs.

Great experience! I set a 1:30 appt on line and arrived at 1:15 to finalize my on line purchase. At exactly 1:30 they pulled my car in for an installation and completed the work by 1:50. They were very curtious and professional and treated me like a valued customer. I will be back and would be very happy to recommend them to anyone!!!

Very crowded 2 hour wait. I always come prepared and bring stuff to work on because I know it takes a while. Gus C. had excellent customer service today. He was polite, sincere, kind. He made the wait more bearable. Thank you Gus C. keep up the great work.
Great set a guys working there. they came and checked my tires. told me how long of life my tires still had left. I got one tire replaced love Discount Tire!!
