Austen Ryan gave the tenants keys to my condo and said they could move in their things before the tenants signed the lease agreement. He lied to my realtor and said he did not give the tenants the keys, however, it was confirmed by the tenants that he did. I only received a signed lease agreeing and full deposit the day after the tenant moved in. Will never do business with Austen Ryan - unprofessional, bad communication, no honesty.
