Island Market IGA

This market was awesome and has great customer service (every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful!). It was a good size, and had plenty of everything that you'd need for your grocery run in stock. We came in for some ready to eat and easy to prep meal groceries while staying at the beach and I was delighted to find some of my favorite healthy brands on their shelves! My pre-packaged tuna salad and bacon chicken wrap were also delicious so I recommend that refrigerated section for quick meals on the go. We also took home some local coffee beans which was a nice find! Will be back here when I'm back on the island.

Great selection of food and supplies for the island. Great Meat dept, vegetable/fruits, frozen saltwater fillets, seafood selection, frozen cajun food, multiple choices in brands of many foods, beer, frozen cocktails, regular soda and wine drinks, grill supplies, chips, specialty spices, bulk items and basic needs area. Hot food and prepared sandwich area. Way to go! Stop by for everything the island needs. Plus I Love the isle spacing. Great job!

I recommend going here for groceries/food to cook close to the ocean. All sunscreen is expensive/marked up near the shore so buy sunscreen ahead of time is my recommendation. There is a Dollar General you can get things a little cheaper across the street. Probably go to DG for dry goods then Island Market for fresh stuff would be the best order to go in.

Went to Padre Balli Park beach with family and friends, and needed groceries for the beach to snack on.. ☺ stopped here.I do believe the store is brand new. Very clean and polite service

Everything I needed at HEB only actually close by, lesson learned! Also the staff are very talkative, helpful and friendly, plus the prices weren’t too jacked like I thought vs mainland.

Not that more expensive than HEB MONEY goes in to local economy. It's convenient,decent selection and their in store packaged sandwiches are surprisingly good.

Love this place. Every year on vacay when we stay out on the beach in North Padre Island, this is our One Stop Shop for all our food, beverage and ice. They also sell Beach passes. Friendly service and quick checkout is a plus.

Awesome vegan selection! I was so surprised to see all of the wonderful vegan frozen foods, vegan cheese and even vegan cupcakes! It made my vacation so much more enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Gorgeous meat selection! A variety of cheeses & extremely neat/ organized. Beautiful mural. Staff was local & extremely courteous. So glad the Island FINALLY got a market!

This is the cleanest and nicest grocery store I have been in in a long time. The produce and vegetables were all fresh and organized nicely. All the shelves were well stocked and presented nicely. It feels odd to review a grocery store, but when you have experienced something so wonderful for a type of store you frequent at least once a week, it is worth telling about. Oh, and the staff was very nice. Skip the big name stores on the way to the Island and be sure to shop here.

Good Selection of grocery items, everything you need for vacation needs!

You'll walk in and automatically feel like family! The store is clean and well stocked. We found everything we wanted for our day trip to the beach. We returned later in the day to pick up groceries for dinner. It will definitely be the new standard when reviewing stores I visit.

Prices are plenty of high but not having to leave the island makes it handy
