We found Juan on Google and had him come out to give us an estimate to paint the interior and some exterior areas of our house as we are preparing to put it up for sale. Juan showed that he was very respectful of our home as he took his shoes off before entering. He was very attentive to our concerns and made very clear recommendations. He has reasoning to everything he does and also explains why, from the type of paint he uses, to when and why you should paint. We wanted him to paint some cabinets and trim. He accessed the type of paint that he would have to use and immediately expressed his concern that we should wait until we move out before doing this part because he knew that we had little children and the smell could effect them. He is so caring that even if we had pressed him to do it anyway, he wouldn't. Juan is SUPER clean and did not leave a trace of paint where it shouldn't have been. He was on time EVERYDAY! He is very communicative every step of the way. To top this all off, he is VERY Reasonable. I highly recommend Houston Residential Painters and we will definitely be using them for all of our future projects. You will not regret choosing them. Juan knows his stuff.

We hired Juan to paint our entire house, which includes all baseboards, windows, crown molding, multiple built-in shelves, stairwells, walls, doors, and ceilings. This was a large job lasting multiple weeks.

Before the floors were taped up, he noticed that we do not wear shoes in the house and had our shoes lined up by the front door. He then also removed his shoes without us asking. Juan and his team painted our kitchen cabinets and doors. He worked diligently and timely. I appreciated that he took his time and didn't rush, but he also consistently quality checked his work and found and mended errors that both he and my husband and I saw. He even mentioned that if we found something after the fact, he would be glad to mend any issues. Juan was there every day on time, and put in the hours to get the job done. Was very impressed with his knowledge, and he was very professional. We showed him what we wanted done and he really paid attention to our instructions. Price was reasonable, I plan to call him back to paint the rest of the house after the first of next year. He and his helper were very courteous, and cleaned up everything after they finished. I had another painter before Juan and he just screwed everything up. Juan fixed everything and even took the time to clean up the paint on my luxury vinyl tile, that the painter before him got on the floors. I highly recommend Juan for all your painting needs!!!!

This time he worked on my private residence. He replaced damaged siding and boards, pressures washed, caulked and painted my home, Patio and shed. Highly recommended! Excellent quality work, professional, good pricing, on time and most of all honest. We got different estimates for two separate projects in our home. Mr. Juan was not only honest but very much concerned about our baby's health and safety for the bigger project inside the house. He actually recommended that we wait a bit more for this job.
