It's the early days of the coronapocalypse and I've got to get to work but I've got a dead battery. Because of course my car dies during the coronapocalypse. A neighbor jumped started me and I called Napa. Jamie answered and told me to come to them so he could find me the right battery (my car model came with a wide variety depending on the mood of the assembly line, apparently). When I got there, they found me the proper battery and ACTUALLY CHANGED MY CAR BATTERY. I'm forever grateful to these guys for their service and will definitely be back to Napa next time I need to buy car stuff. Thank you, gentlemen, for getting me back on the road!
