While slightly dated, the room was completely functional, though the lighting in the kitchen area could use a bit of a boost, it is consistent with other Residence Inns.

This property stands out with immaculately clean rooms and kitchens, and the staff were wonderful, between Brandy at the front desk, as well as housekeeping and maintenance, they all went above and beyond.

I arrived very late on a business trip and didn't expect anything special, but LaJonda at the front desk treated me like a high roller; outstanding customer service! Convenient to Houston Medical District.

Forgot my ipad there and they were able to get it back to me wrapped up safe & sound. Special thank you to Celeste for wrapping it with such care and even putting a thank you letter in the box. Great staff that I trust!

A home away from home. Perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Staff was so very nice and welcoming. The suite was very clean!

Very nice place to stay. Close to my workplace. Housekeepers are fantastic. Concierges are awesome and really helpful. Breakfast is superb, except weekends. Pool and hot tub are kept pristine, they even keep floaties by the pool! Made me feel more confident at the pool, a first in my life! I definitely will be back when I have business in Houston. Highly recommended.

Rooms are comfortable. Clean. Beds comfy and not to firm, not to soft. AC kept the room very cold! Hot water & pressure perfect! They even provide shampoo, body wash and conditioner dispensers. No sketchy people hanging around. Breakfast good for a FREE meal. Wifi worked great! Restaurants not to far. Great access to highway. My husband & his crew were here for work, everyone was pleased. No issues that were mentioned in other comments. Hope this helps! Have a wonderful day y'all!!

The best (affordable) hotel we’ve stayed in, in Houston! We come here several times a month with our medically complex son who visits the Children’s hospital frequently and this is the only place we will stay! Always clean, very friendly staff, every accommodation you can think of and the beds great. A comfy stay in a very comfortable neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Rooms are nice with the kitchen, sink, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The staff actually care alot to make sure you have a good stay. It's a very central location and it's near the interstate. They also have a shuttle to the med center that is very convenient. Definitely recommend here!

I read the bad recent reviews. They are totally at odds with my experience. I go to Houston annually for my oncology treatment at MDAnderson. I have stayed at this location 3 times. My rooms have been uniformly clean and all supplies in place. Whenever I have requested additional things they have been immediately forthcoming.

I have encountered one desk clerk who was not the sharpest knife in the drawer but even she was very accommodating.

These people have paid for uber for me when their van was not available and have been more than accomodating.

Maybe there has been a change of management, I don't know, but I could not disagree more with the negative views.

The people make the difference at this establishment. I had numerous travel problems prior to my late arrival at Residence Inn Westpark. The staff were very professional and considerate especially going out of their way to accommodate me. My frustration due to no fault of their's, was met with genuine concern and the patience of Saints. I would venture to say they value their guests and are not afraid to be happy humans. The facility was clean and in good order. The breakfast was good, all items were still fresh and well stocked at the end of the appointed serving times. Good job.

Hotel was great and the staff was wonderful. Had to extend our stay multiple times due to a family member having an extended stay at the hospital and the front desk was great getting everything situated for us. Property felt safe and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there Sunday as always a beautiful hotel every one was friendly but there are two people who stood out niesha such a sweet lady and a hard worker and the young gentleman who helped me in the food area as well love this location keep up the good work

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel to anyone. We are house hunting and needed a long term place to stay. I am a registered dietitian and am so impressed with the food offerings. Breakfast every morning (free) included oatmeal, soy milk, fruit, Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and more. We had a happy hour with fruit and veggies one night (free), a grill dinner of chicken and veggie burgers another night (free). I am in heaven! So nice!!!! The rooms are great too and I am impressed by the pool and fitness center.

Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Was disappointed breakfast was not available as this was the reason I chose to stay here as a travel nurse. I understand the concerns of COVID-19 but there is a way breakfast (Continental - cold) could have been made available.
Thanks for making me feel at home away from home for the 2+ weeks I spent there.

Great morning breakfast clean staff are very good and you can depend on them to make sure you have everything you need and you have a safe stay. My husband is a patient at me Anderson and during the week that he had to stay in the hospital I felt very safe even having to take my service dogs in and out to go potty at nite. I will continue to visit. They even have eats at dinner with wine beer or soft drink. Very pet friendly.

Basic hotel but very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Good sized rooms. I also thought they went above and beyond to ensure the rooms were clean during the pandemic. Thank you!!

Very nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast selection. The pool is a bit small, but was not utilized so I can't speak too much regarding it. Overall I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
