Hyatt Place Houston-North

I stayed for the weekend. I did not see any bugs. The room was clean, very nice, and comfortable.
The staff, AMAZING!!!
All shifts were great, very helpful. Housekeeping, great job. Breakfast, great every morning.

I loved my business stay here, both my flights were very late the front desk employees were attentive each time, in particular on my most laborious day coming back Kayla took great care of my needs. It was 2:30am when I shared my concerns about things I needed.., I was here for the first time in Houston, Texas and I was very happy that it was welcoming, safe and comfortable.
Kayla gave me a new toothbrush bc I left mine, toothpaste packets, reminded me I had a complimentary water, she gave me all the details of the amenities and breakfast/ snack options. I was traveling alone on a work trip with very little sleep and by her accommodating me in the late hours, it made my night more enjoyable.

The Hyatt is clean, modern, and stylish inside. The rooms are very spacious, cozy and comfortable. The shower is big, the bed is perfect, the couch was comfortable and a pull out bed. The tv options were plentiful, wifi worked well, and location was conveniently 25-30 minutes from the airport. It’s a quiet area which is very important for my sleep. Restaurants surround the building (waking distance). Thank you Hyatt & Kayla for making my nights comfortable.

Bathrooms cleaner than Buc-ees! This location is absolutely incredible. From the staff…to the room (size, amenities, and cleanliness) and can’t forget about the free breakfast, it was delicious! Over all I am very pleased with my stay and will be back ✌❤

I feel like the workers should get paid more I’ve only stayed there 2 times but the renovated rooms are nice :) I’ll be back before you know it.

Near the airport, very well maintained property. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. Had great breakfast buffet as well!

If I could stay at this location my entire stay I would! Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Clean lobby. Clean room. Microwave not in room but there is one in the lobby available 24/7. Breakfast from 6a-9a. Short time, yes, but food is good and so is the coffee. The room is very nice, but do shower early as closer to check out time there will be a shortage on hot water. No bugs. Comfortable bed, no smell. Very spacious. Budget friendly compared to its competitors but very high class! Love the business area, was able to use the computers. Does have wifi. Does have a large common area in the lobby to your choosing. I found a neat little space to relax in as I could not sleep during the night. Quiet. There is also a bar area.

Rooms are great but the restroom is a little cramped you have to sort of Wedge to close the bathroom door, front desk is great, room service is complicated but if you tell the front desk or a housekeeper they will get it done.

Very quick and courteous staff. I had a service dog with me, and unfortunately some places are undereducated about the laws regarding service animals. Not this place. The woman working the check in desk knew what questions to ask and what to look for with him and was very quick and kind.

The room was clean, well sized and had an amazing view. It was also quiet, although there were a good number of other guests. Very nice place, and if I'm ever in Houston again and in need of a place to rest my head for the night, this is where I'll go!

The room was thoroughly clean and the area is surrounding by many stores. The staff is very courteous.

After looking at the reviews I was spectacle about my stay! But for the first time I can say the reviews were not the same experience I had while staying!!!!!! This hotel was beautiful when you first walk in nice set up of couches and furniture all front desk associate were sweet kind and helpful. Once I got to my room on the 6th floor I was in Awe how beautiful the rooms were because in reviews they made it seem like the hotel was dirty and A hot mess 😒 I stayed for 3 days. Our room was cleaned everyday BREAKFAST was delicious and I know this review is getting lengthy but just want to give recognition were do ❤ Check it out yourself.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Great accommodations. Nice breakfast. If you need anything they are right on it. First time but not my last. Came from Louisiana and slept we. Great area. Close to lots of eateries and Walmart is not far.

First time in this hotel chain... completely satisfied! Room layout is excellent. Amenities way above par. Staff attentive and friendly but not obnoxiously so. For 75 bucks, I'm hooked. Will most certainly stay again.

. My experience here at the Hyatt place was lovely despite the hiccup of having it flooded toilet. Front Desk a very customer friendly and it was very clean throughout the whole area. Also whoever the the cook is the breakfast were dynamically good and it's a real breakfast. So, I would highly recommend this place to stay while being in Houston

Staff is so friendly and helpful! My room didn't have a microwave and we're staying here for a week and had left over food to eat. I asked for a microwave and in 10 minutes I had one. No problem! Our TV in our room went out and they offered to move us into a new room. Although the gesture was nice we didn't want to move all of they stuff we just set up in our room. So instead they replaced it with a different one. The housekeepers checked on us everyday, throwing our trash, giving us towels, and gladly changed our bedding every other day when we asked.

The staff is very accommodating. I was having issues with the magnetic key. I requested the batteries be changed. The maintenance slip was submitted that evening the next day the issue was resolved. All request have been acknowledged by the manager and passed on to the appropriate staff member. The best hotel I have stayed at. Thank you all for your dedication to my comfortable stay.

Excellent! Also had great sit down breakfast that I took to my room. Great housekeeping service. Comfortable bed with clean sheets every day. Liked having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room. Nice comfortable fold out couch, foot stool or end table. The TV is a flat screen 70” Samsung. Capable of showing the new advanced Digital cinematography digital image sensors making some of the movies look like they were made in 2021.

We were very impressed with the value here. The room was just unbelievable for the price (I recognize process shift with demand). Very spacious, clean, and still looking new. Staff was kind and helpful when needed. Despite its proximity to Greenspoint, the hotel was isolated, gated, and felt safe. Living an hour and a half away, we intend to use this hotel the night before any morning flights.
