I just had a leveling kit installed on my 2019 Toyota Tundra. First, let me say that Timm Garcia (the owner) is a very personable guy. Easy to talk with, and a great listener as well. He understands what you need done and then gets the job done. He communicated to let me know when my parts came in and then quickly scheduled the work with me to accommodate MY schedule. Timm and Mike did the job first thing in the morning and even rearranged some of their day to make it happen. Timm is very competitive on his pricing. Best 4x4/mechanic shop around. You got death wobble ? Dr DeathWobble can def save the day. Tried everything to get mine fixed. Put it in front of Timm for 5 mins and he was able to diagnose it with a cure. Great shop to deal with and the best down to earth people around. Highly recommend

Never had a company do so much for me at a better price. They even gave me a ride back to Thousand Trails, we travel full time with only one car. I have a 4 inch lift on my truck and was having problems getting the alignment done, they took care of it for me and showed me what was going wrong. They also installed airbags for me. Some of the best customer service I have seen. Timm Came to my house to give an appraisal of the work that needed to be done, picked up the truck at the same time, and had a month's worth of work done in a week and a half. The communication was superb, letting me know the progress of the build, any additional costs incurred, etc. Awesome team of guys to work with. after the work was done, the team made sure I was happy with the work. Even let me take the truck on their off road Trial course to test it out! I highly recommend 4Play based on their work, their service, and the value.

Timm is an awesome mechanic and very upfront person!!! He has done work on my Jeep on a few different occasions and each and every time he has kept me updated on parts and any issues he found and will stick to the quoted price witch is very rare in this day and time!
I will only take my Jeep to him and his shop!! If you need work done call him because I bet he can beat anyone’s price and the work will be done right the first time!!

Wonderful experience. Tim was super nice and efficient. We were camping at Lake Whitney and our car wouldn't start. He came out to us and helped jump it. His service is 24/7 so we definitely felt more comfortable for the rest of our stay until we could make it home.

These guys are AWESOME. I had my carrier bearing go out in the middle of a run escorting an oversized load. Limped my truck in to their shop they had me on the road in about an hour. They can handle more than just off road parts and repairs, they are pretty much a full service auto repair shop. I would highly recommend checking them out , fair prices great work and they even gave me a military discount!

Timm did an awesome job on our Ram Van. He communicated everything to us and always did what he said he was going to do. This wasn't an easy vehicle to upgrade either and we live an hour away from him but he researched and made special orders for us. It's clear that he really cares and loves what he does. There were no surprises and the job was done well. We highly recommend his services!

I drove my Jeep Wrangler to him 50 miles and it was the best decision I could of made! I had numerous other mechanics diagnose my Jeep without any positive results. Tim fixed every issue I was having and even fixed more issues I was unaware of for a GREAT PRICE! Front end on GMC 4wd pick-up started making unusual noises. Took it to Tim and he had it diagnosed in under 5 minutes and repaired by the end of the day. Very friendly and knowledgeable people here. Honest with pricing and repairs. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Timm at the local Auto parts store. He said he would help me out in the morning. I was stranded on the highway. He came and diagnosed the problem, called a wrecker, hooked up the trailer I was pulling to his car and took me to the shop. He and his mechanics basically stopped what they were doing and worked on my truck all day. They ran into a few problems but kept at it until it was fixed. He knew that it was important that I get on the road quickly because I deliver trailers for a living. Thanks again for great and prompt service!!

Got a 6" lift installed, I am definitely satisfied and would recommend them to friends and family. Tim and the guys are very knowledgeable and do quick but quality work. I definitely plan to exclusively use them for all of my future upgrades!

Great service, great quality. I finally had the opportunity to regear my Jeep and install a locker and LSD. They had it done quick, and was even able to give it a first test run on his track out back. Highly recommended, old school customer service!!

Tim the owner has gone above and beyond to help me out. He is hard working knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to get your vehicle on the road. I was a manager at Auto Zone and I called him on Christmas eve because I had a customer break down and Tim didnt hesitate to come replace his water pump so that he could grt to his family for Christmas. Tim and will are great they put a 2 1/2 inch lift on my jeep rebuild my front end, new tear bumper and Winch all in one day at a great price I'm from fl and was on vacation stopped in and they saved me 1000 off what I would have paid in fl highly recommended for your jeep needs

I decided to head to Lake Whitney for a day of fishing on a Sunday. We stopped 2 miles from the boat ramp at a convenience store to get a bag of ice and realized I had one tire on my boat trailer that was shredded and two others that had large chunks of rubber missing. We were not going to make it much further let alone make it back home. This gentleman was the only one open. He came to my location, took all 4 tires off and drove into Hillsborough to get new tires. Hey Kane back with the new tires on the rims and put them back on my trailer. I have had all 4 tires replaced before but I never had personalized service and I swear this came out a lot cheaper. He really saved the day.
