Best crawfish, well besides the crawfish my uncles make. The prices are reasonable and when I want crawfish but don’t want to make it I will choose this place with no doubt. The staff is friendly! It is a food trailer parked in a front lawn. We got the “hot” it wasn’t hot/spicy, but it still tasted good. They forgot to give us our mushrooms but after telling the server, she gave us our mushrooms in less then 5-10 minutes.

I,ve been getting my crawfish here for the past 2 years I'm glad I found The Best In Town. The Crawfish is always fresh cooked to order and staff is always friendly . BYOB !!!

It’s the absolute best crawfish that I have ever eaten. Their seasoning is spot on !! You have to try it!’ I will never eat crawfish anywhere else. Awesome!!!

However good you think this place is going to be it is literally 10 times better!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! If you want amazing shrimp and crawfish this place is definitely worth making a trip. The prices are also great, they are fast, and you can call your order in for pick up. Super pleased and definitely will return. :)

This was the best crawfish I have had all season! You sit outside in a covered breezeway! The wind was blowing and it was so pleasant sitting there while we enjoyed our hot delicious crawfish. They also have a variety of other food you can order. Crawfish was $4.00 a pound! A real bargain!

Was good! They where a bit overwhelmed I think because a lot of customers bought crawfish. But they did a good job of keeping up with the orders. The taste was great along with the corn and potatoes where good also. I tried the catfish plate and it was really good.

They catered crawfish & shrimp for a birthday party of 30. Great job!! We picked up a cooler full, about 100lbs and enjoyed them throughout the day, cooked to perfection with just the right spice!

They cooked the crawfish once we arrived. Such a great place. Staff friendly, service is top notch and large sized crawfish for February. I highly recommend them. Please just leave 3 lbs for me.

Some of the best if not the best crawfish I’ve ever had. $1 cheaper than anyone else at the moment and it’s BYOB. Owner was super nice, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend without hesitation.

I had the crawfish boil with shrimp. That shrimp was great and easy to peel. The sausage, corn, potatoes and crawfish, were also great. Additionally the service was fast and friendly.

What a great experience we had yesterday. My partner Christain and I got the full tour on how The Best in Town does crawfish right. We were very surprised on how much they pay attention to detail. Would recommend this place to anyone. Great crawfish!

I’m always craving crawfish however I’m very picky when it comes to finding a place. They’re either not spicy enough or seasoned after the boil that the texture is like sand (Wolfies). I’m very critical of the flavor because I make it better. Pooks was my go to place when living in Galveston county because it was amazing flavor, heat, and generous with the add ins. That being said I have officially found a place in Willis that is beyond expectations. Bountiful add ins, amazing heat, probably the hottest I’ve had other than my own. This place is called “The Best in Town.” Accepts cash or PayPal. It’s got plenty of extra foods like a fried food and burgers truck in front of a yard. Has a small sit down area in this yard, BYOB, TV and good country music. I highly recommend my crawfish addict friends to take the drive sometime open wed-sun 3-10 (for crawfish). Recommend going about 6ish. It was absolutely a-freaking-mazing. Also pretty cheap and good size. Also ask for extra spicy (not spice just spicy). I couldn’t get enough of either one.
