Only one pump work and three bathrooms were out of order. When I asked the cashier about the gas pumps she didn't pay attention and had me repeat it two more times before she stopped to listen to what I was asking.

Clean but employees not wearing masks.

The black girl short stole my rewards by putting in her number and refusing to allow me to use my phone number. Said she put hers in and she wasn’t changing it. Where do people get off thinking it’s okay to steal loyalty points from the customer. Where is the manager why are these types of people working for a national chain. This country has no manners anymore what so ever or even respect for the customers

Horrible experience again. No hand soap in any restroom. No place to change a toddler 3 pumps only worked.

Gas pumps- diesel all over ground, gets on your shoes and into the car; 1/2 the pumps don’t work; one pump only allowed for premium gas because the buttons were gouged out. Restrooms- nasty. Toilet paper all over floor. Soda fountain. The coke, sprite, and several other drinks choices were covered with white paper because the machine was out of order.
Do yourself a favor and Head further north about 1/2 a mile to the CEFCO. Gas prices are the same as this Shell.

The soft drink machine looks like it was abandoned years ago, coffee machine is also down. Fuel select button have been removed except for regular. The cashier wouldn’t scan my 7-11 bar code for discount on fuel. Only thing that seems kept on this property is the Whataburger

I had the absolute worst experience of my life at this location. I was sold a rancid bag of chips, the employees refused to let me trade them out for a new bag. Then refused to tell me how to contact management or the owner or their names so that I could report them or ask someone above them to refund me my money for the rotten chips. I was so kind to them and was very confused by how rude they were for no reason. On top of the worthless employees, the bathrooms were so disgusting. Still so upset by the way I was treated at this establishment.

This place is awful. Sign shows diesel is 30¢ cheaper per gallon than it actually is. The toothless woman inside wasn’t helpful and kept saying, “they just changed it.” So the sign and the pumps can’t be changed at the same time?

First of all they don’t even carry 40s which that’s the corp’s fault so aside from that, we bought over priced 25s and she rang up twisted teas instead of our bud light seltzers which should’ve have come up to $16.25 after tax but we were charged $18.12. Cashier left the register and went to the back for what seemed like forever and when we got home one of the beers was defective and leaked all over our truck which also means we didn’t get to drink it. Do not go here. 0/10; would not recommend.

Nasty restrooms. Urine all over all three toilets. Smell bad enough to make me retch. Where's a Buc-ees when its potty time?!!!

Never knew this was a 7 eleven nothing like one. Staff has a lousy attitude. Dyed diesel with no road tax. Same price as regular fully taxed diesel.
So GLAD CITGO OPENED DOWN THE STREET. MAYBE they appreciate their customers.

This place is no good. They probably won't have anything you want. The service is really bad.

Trash piled up outside. Flys everywhere. The women's RR was disgusting. 3 RR's that worked and one was missing toilet paper and had urine on the toilet and water ( I hope it was water) on the floor. Toilet paper and flys everywhere in the bathroom......do better.

Disgusting. Got here yesterday evening and this Bathroom has not been cleaned in over 12 hours. This is the reason people get sick. Lazy people like this tick me OFF!!!!

This is the second time in the last month where I've planned my route around fueling here, only to find them out of diesel.
Bad management, bad credit, I don't care. Never again.

The cashier SUANNE. She is very aggressive with customers. She doesn't like to work. She not want to receive fleet cards. Horrible service

No gasoline for sale, all the gasoline pumps are out of order and no prices are posted
