I must rush to keep up with your accomplishments. This is my third card/letter of gratitude to be sent to the Lineman of Rusk County Elec Co-op. The power went out yesterday about 8:30a, forecasted to be up at 1p. On at 11:15. Then there was the WINTER CATASTROPHE but power in Mt. Enterprise stayed on THE WHOLE TIME - no small feat - but you triumphed again. The humble lady who answered the phone responded to my comment with, "we were just lucky'. I said 'it's not luck when it's a pattern." Y'all are the best. Thank you for your faithful service that reaches the small hamlet of Mt. Enterprise.

I call them up cause my power line has blow down, THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND GOT ME SERVICE. Great Job Rusk County Electric! I'am very happy with your service! 👍👍👍👍👍

Great customer service!! Had a line down on the ground after hours ..came & fixed it as soon as we called always fast & on top of things!!!

It is a shame they cut a tree in my yard,within 13 ft of line. Told me it would be piled. Left a mess and now have to get a lawyer or pay contractor 5 hundred dollars to clean up. On top of that they have no ROW

They won’t let a dumpster company collect their dumpster. Law enforcement won’t help said company get his bin back saying it’s a civil matter. This electrical company Laughed in his face when dumpster company said he was going to report it stolen (which is true since they won’t give it back and locked the bin up literally)

Rusk electric showed up on our private property hacked off -not trimmed -shrubs that were nowhere near power line height and already dead from when they killed them two years ago. I was using the dead left overs as a natural trelllis for 16 Jasmine plants planted two years ago that were planted to cover their prior hack job. They pulled them right out of the ground. They then cut down more shrubbery, small trees leading away from power lines, destroying all grass as they went along. I’ve been on my property 28 years.

Addendum: The supervisor Terry Nicholson( spelling may not be correct) Handled this issue afterwards and was phenomenal. He came back to the property yesterday to evaluate and again today. He brought his crew and cleaned up everything that hadn’t been done by a prior crew and took care of other issues for us . He is to be commended. We were mad and he understood and was very professional as was his crew.

Most unreliable electric service in the state of Texas. God help you if you get any rain or wind and live outside in a rural area because you will loose power and if it's more than a single limb down you will be without your power for several hours.

Parents died, we figured bills were being drafted. Cut off eletrcity and tried to csll and pay. Was being mailed no bills. They wont waiver the fee and want 1200 to turn the power back right after we just lost both our parents. No remorse for anyone just want there money.

Worst company and customer service but what choice do we have since they have the monopoly on the power in this area...new people beware! It can be a bright sunny day and the power will go out for HOURS with no explanation at all and this happens ALL THE TIME! Had service come out a few years ago and the person got stuck in my yard...instead of calling for help he dug at least foot deep rutts tearing up my yard trying to get out. Made a complaint and NOTHING was done about it, not even a call to apologize. Today I go outside and see that they have come through to do the line clearing of trees and they cut whatever they wanted that wasn't anywhere near the line and let the branches fall on my phone and internet box and left branches in my driveway. This is unacceptable behavior and I think I'll just report them to whomever I can this time. I've already called to try and speak with someone and can't even get a call back. This company needs to get its act together!

Update...I make a complaint and leave an HONEST review and one hour later my power is flickering...bright sunny day not a cloud in the sky...retaliation much? Things that make you go hhhmmmm.

Constant power outages on clear days. Tried to get them to cut down a tree that was getting ready to fall on a powerline and they said it wouldn’t hit the line. One month later, it falls down on the line and cuts my power out.

Drove all the way out (from Mount Enterprise) to pay in person but their office in Henderson does NOT take credit card payments. This is extremely aggravating in this day and time of credit card payments. Please get this office up to date with a means of accepting credit cards

Stealing dumpsters from another company. Give the guy back his property
