Taylor Dental

Nobody REALLY wants to go to the dentist, but after coming to Taylor Dental I almost didn’t want to leave. I directly worked with Holley, Angelique, Maria, and Dr.Garner. All were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and make the entire experience a good time! I sincerely felt like I was among friends or family. Let’s go down the list!
Holley: My experience with Holley started over the phone. She listened to my concerns and did everything she could to get me what I needed. Every question I had she had a quick answer for, you can tell she knows what she’s doing. The favor she did for me was huge and I can’t thank her enough! Plus, she’s overall just super sweet.
Angelique: While I didn’t work with her for long, she gave an amazing tour of the facility and made me comfortable with the environment very quickly. She was super relatable and you can tell she’s funny. If we had more time together, I think we’d be rolling. She did my X-Rays and bite wings and was very gentle, knowing I have a pretty serious gag reflex. Maria stepped in and helped with that, but I won’t share mama’s recipe on how she stopped my gagging. You’ll have to go ask her yourself :)
Maria: I spent the most time with Maria as she did my cleaning. What a hilarious character! She really made me feel at home. The ease of working with her is unmatched compared to any other dentistry. She explained everything IN DETAIL step by step, and I can’t tell you how helpful that is. I want to know what’s going on up in my mouth and she gave it to me straight, I love that. Every other time I’ve left the dentist, I have felt like I didn’t really know what was going on. She is a very outgoing and dedicated to her work. You can tell when she speaks about it! She reminded me what to do about 5 times but dang did I need it. It’s ingrained now! A very nurturing person.
Dr.Garner: Another brief interaction but she did my examination! She was to the point and very professional. While explaining what she was looking at, she had immediate solutions and told me why her recommendations were beneficial. Very sweet and comforting when explaining the situation. Again, another reason why I left feeling like I had all the information I needed. She answered my questions thoroughly!
Overall staff: While I didn’t get the name of the other members, they were really chipper for it being so early! Something I needed desperately as it made my entire day. Extremely helpful, polite, and lots of personality! A very home-like facility! Every member I interacted with is an asset to the company and I am proud to make this my primary and only dentistry.

Taylor Dental is amazing. My son had his first appointment about a month ago. Jessica was his hygienist and made him feel at ease. He had to come back for a filling. He was super nervous and scared, but Denita was wonderful and walked him through everything before the procedure was done so he would calm down. Dr LeBlanc was amazing, always has been. Every staff member at Taylor Dental is friendly and makes you feel welcomed!

I can’t believe I am saying this but I LOVE going to the dentist now!! We moved and I’ve been putting off finding a new dentist for a while. After calling several other places and having to put up with rude receptionists just trying to get answers on various questions regarding insurance, I was about to throw in the towel, but decided to call Taylor Dental. So glad I did because from the first call, x-rays and cleaning, and now two restorative work visits, I can honestly say these people are magnificent! They answer the phone and don’t treat you like you are a nuisance but greet you like they want your business. The hygienist I had was super nice and very thorough. My new dentist is the best!! She’s done great dental work and I am very comfortable while she is working on my teeth. All comforts and technology are all there! Definitely a good choice and I am very satisfied with my treatment! Thanks Taylor Dental!!

The staff at Taylor Dental are the friendliest and most courteous staff. Jessica is very patient and takes time to explain and answer questions thoroughly. They go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable. They also have some of the latest technology that I’ve ever seen in a dental office. They are the best!

I would like to take the time out to give a great review to this dental office Taylor Dental . The customer service and dental service was outstanding! Everyone was so nice the two ladies Check in and Out were so informative and helpful and Mrs Tempest was also very sweet and did an awesome job with cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable the entire time from the comfort of the dental work and the comfort of the experience. The dentist who was also assisting Mrs Tempest was also nice and polite . My advice to anyone who is seeking a a new dental family TAYLOR DENTAL is the PLACE TO BE !!! I found them on google from a bad experience from a previous dentist I visited and I'm soooo GLAD that I selected this office ! Fast and efficient and effortlessly pleasant ! I can't wait to go back to finish all my dental work ! Choose TAYLOR Dental you won't regret it :)

I was in need of a consultation asap due to my regular dentist cancelling on me 2 days prior after making that appointment months ago. Anne at Taylor Dental understood my situation and told me to give her a bit and she would see what she can do for me. This was yesterday and she was able to get me in today!! The health of my teeth have went down since i had weightloss surgery last year and I was embarrassed but the assistant, hygienist, and the doctor were all so sweet and made sure I knew that I can reverse everything and fix it over time. I could tell that they didn’t want me to feel upset or worried about the chance of not being able to get my teeth back on track. I will highly recommend this office to anyone because of their wonderful, welcoming, and empathetic staff! 🙂

I must say best dentist office in Pensacola, it’s really hard to rate such a great place like this. Everyone there is so friendly and professional 5star service all around the board. They will assist you with any need that you’re looking for to bring you a new and better smile. One special thanks to DR. Garner she did absolutely amazing with my crowns . She gave me a new and natural look. Thanks again to the whole team at Taylor dental.

Although they are here to help, if I'm afraid of one thing, it is any form of a doctor. I just want to compliment and thank the very professional and comforting staff at Taylor Dental for ensiring my comfort through my dental journey. And special shout out to my hygienist, Ms Tempest! She must be the best at her profession. Not only is she patient but also efficient. She has displayed diligence through her work and been extremely supportive. She ensured my experience was best possible while confidently encouraging me through the whole process. No question who and where I recommend for dental work!

The ladies at the front desk are outstanding-very courteous and helpful. The hygienist was patient and good about explaining procedures. The dentist looked over all the x-rays, did the exam, and gave me my options. Overall, a very positive experience!

I highly recommend Dr. Taylor. I have a lot of anxiety about dental office visits. The office staff, Dr. Taylor, and Denita went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The hygienist I saw was also very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good advice. I felt very welcome and comfortable while I was there and trust that I am getting the best dental care. I’ve been coming here for years and I absolutely love it! Jessica has been doing a wonderful job helping me throughout my teeth health journey and I’m so grateful for her! The atmosphere here is so comfortable and the massage chairs are definitely a plus.

Great experience! I have always had anxiety at the dentist before but not with this team . I had to have a deep cleaning and Holly took all my fear away. No pain with her prep and she dimmed the lights , turned on TV , gave me headphones, and turned on the dental chair messaging button. Spa treatment and no pain! I had the best experience! I made my appointments back to back in the same week and it was smooth! Highly recommend Holly!

If I could give more than 5 starts I would! I saw Jessica for my exam/cleaning & Dr. Garner for my exam/treatment. The level of service you get here is absolutely amazing. My first experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere smiles greeting and conversations was so genuine and amazing I have anxiety issues especially with the dentist but they made feel so comfortable and right at home I would definitely recommend to anyone

I always have a great experience at Taylor Dental. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but Taylor Dental has An amazing staff that puts you at ease as they perform your service. Questions about billing or insurance? They’ll take the time to explain it to you. Tempest is my Dental Hygienist and she has a delicate yet strong hand. She’s the best.
