I don’t write a ton of reviews but this establishment earned one today! I have never been to a provider office and felt more welcomed than here. Everyone was super nice, the hygienist was very nice and extremely smart. She was professional in pointing out my teeth flaws but also did great job showing me what everything meant on X-ray, extremely throughout and was awesome. Being a healthcare professional, I tend to be hard on dentist , Dr office , pharmacies etc but they knocked it out of the park. They even talked my insurance into covering my cleaning, which they shouldn’t have , it was my fault for not brushing enough!! The doctor was awesome and awesome on the eyes as well! Great job team.

This was my first time going to Emerald Coast Family Dentistry, and I love everything about the place. The staff is friendly and professional and the whole place is just so clean. Alyssa did my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. She did an outstanding job. She also was very thorough and answered all my questions. The dentist was also nice, gentle, and professional. My husband and I went to Emerald Coast Family Dentistry today for the first time. We both had a pleasant experience, from the receptionist to Dr. Georgiades and all employees in between, everyone was very nice. We recently moved here and have had to find all new doctors and dentists which has been a bit overwhelming. Knowing that we hit the jackpot with Emerald Coast Dentistry has been quite a relief.

My first time as a patient here. Everyone was super friendly and engaging. Alyssa was wonderful, she took her time explaining everything. I will definitely recommend Dr. Georgiades to all my local family and friends.

They are the best! My whole family goes to Emerald Coast Family Dentistry now and they are phenomenal. They are especially great with my young daughters who have had a lot of anxiety with dentists in the past. The whole staff is caring and kind and I can’t recommend them enough.

I had a stellar first experience at Emerald Coast Family Dentistry. Dr. Georgiades and her staff were super friendly, the first time check-in process was quick and easy, and my hygienist, Gina (I’m sorry if I’m misspelling) did a great job cleaning my teeth, the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever received! Very glad I chose this dentist and I look forward to seeing them every 6 months for a long time.

I’m really pleased I chose this team as my new location for dental care after moving here from Phoenix. The staff is thorough while remaining efficient. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. They get booked up quickly, understandably. Nevertheless, moments after I left they called to see if I could take the place if someone who cancelled. I love the effort to try to get me an appointment sooner if possible. Thanks Emerald Coast Team!

Been going to this dentist for over 14 years now... Great service, super clean with top of the line facility. Dr. Georgiades is always the best at providing a pain-free visit. I’ve never been a fan of dentist, and a horrible experience has kept me at bay.....but Emerald Coast does their best to make patients comfortable. They are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had dental work done 9 days ago. My mouth still hurts and my teeth and jaw are tender, but that’s just me and a result of previous injuries. Don’t be afraid to talk to the staff about your concerns. They will listen.

Referred by a insurance company. Best decision I've ever made. Dr. Thompson and his staff are outstanding. I've never felt so comfortable in a office before. Rachel at the front desk was so knowledgeable, Heather the hygienist was informative and very understanding of my dental needs. Had a wonderful visit and cant wait to go back.

I have never experienced a more friendly or knowledgable staff than the staff at Emerald Coast. I have never left a review of any type of business but felt that I needed to after my experience there. The environment was very clean and the equipment was state of the art. They also take the time to help you figure out any insurance questions you may have and were very flexible with scheduling appointments. The dental/radiology technician was very professional and compassionate. Dr. Georgiades, DMD was very nice and explained every part of the examination and treatment processes so I would know what to expect.

This place is great. Upon entering, registration was quick and easy. And when I say quick I mean it took maybe 2 minutes to register. Looking around after registration this place is very clean and tidy. After a short period of wait we got called to the back and you can tell right away how efficient this visit was going to be. Their equipment's are state of the art, x-ray machine looked like it came from the future, the dental chair did not have any tears, and they already have a cartoon show ready for my 3 yrs old. The dental hygienist Nicole was wonderful. I love how she asked my child what she wanted, if she was comfortable, and Nicole spoke to her not at her. I can go on and on about this place. Overall, my children will be seeing Emerald Coast Family Dentistry forever.

Great experience establishing ourselves with Emerald Coast. Staff is pleasant, professional, and great with kids. I recently took my kiddos (3 yo and 18 mo) in for their first appointments. They were so good and patient with them, kept them occupied, and explained everything so they weren’t scared of the equipment. My first appointment was in July, but they were able to move me up to today when they had a cancelation. Both the hygienist and the dentist explained everything to me (my former dentist didn’t have all the modern tech they do). Dr. Georgiades has a wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to give you all the information you need about dental care and her recommendations so you can make informed decisions. All around great first impressions on both visits.

Alyssa is FABULOUS! She made me feel at ease right from the beginning, explaining everything she was doing as she went along. She is patient, kind, and funny. Dr. Georgiades is gentle and kind and I appreciated her making me feel at ease, also! Everyone in the office professional and kind and I can't speak highly enough of them. They worked with my insurance and helped come up with a treatment plan for not only myself, but my son as well.

I have been going to ECFD since I was about 8 or 9 years old, I’m now about to be 26, and I still love visiting my dentist, Dr. Georgiades, and her team. Setting up appointments is always very easy, and stress-free. The staff is very inviting, resourceful, and thorough when communicating about my visits. The location is very easy to find, and from the parking lot to the chair, you know it is clean and put together. They are very up to date on COVID regulations, and their sanitation is 11/10. I feel very comfortable when I visit the office, the atmosphere is great and they have TVs in each treatment room and waiting room, I also love the calming music too. The hygienists are great at their job, and communicate every action in the process and I know they try to make it as pain free and effective as they can with cleanings. Dr Georgiades has every bit of my trust when it comes to my teeth. Her work is amazing, and her approach is always gentle with the intention to do what’s best for the integrity of her patient’s dental health. I always refer friends and family to ECFD because I believe the standard and quality of the work that is produced is unmatched. Thank you ECFD!!

The staff takes extra steps to make sure we have a pleasant visit. I've had to be placed on an appointment wait list twice in the past few years, and I always get an open slot much earlier than expected. My 2 children ages 10 and 8, do well at Emerald Coast with their kind staff. They are thorough and professional.

Everyone at Emerald Coast Family Dentistry is very nice, helpful and patient. My 4 year old had her first dentist experience here. She now loves the dentist and is excited about going back. She says that the dentist and the "dentist helpers" are her new friends. They explained everything to her as they were going through with entire process. I feel that this made her comfortable with the entire process.

Dr. Georgiades and her staff were the best. They made me feel welcome and comfortable because I am still very anxious with any dental work even at my old age. I have found my new home for dental work. Thank you so much.
