I stopped in to buy some windshield wipers and had the most trouble trying to get them on. Kristina seen that I was having trouble and came out and asked if need help when I said yes she put them on with no issues in less than 5 mins. Two thumbs up for Kristina, she had the most wonderful customer service.

Always have competitive pricing, but they also price match. The carry good parts like their super start batteries. I got 5 years out of both super start batteries I’ve bought there.

Big shout out to the crew at the Gilmer Texas location! I am from Oklahoma City and was returning home from vacation with my family when the fuel filter on my RV crapped out in Gilmer. We stopped at the local Walmart where I removed the filter and heal-toe expressed it to O’reilly auto parts. They did not have the filter in stock and could not get it until Monday (this was Saturday afternoon). I explained my situation of being from out of town and broke down with my family here. The team at this location went out of their way, even calling their competitors to find me a filter and get us back on the road. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCES!!!
