Amanda L was fantastic! I had questions about my current plan and a better one to meet my retirement budget for my 4 devices. She listened then worked hard to research the best options for my needs with details that included several features I didn't know about. She was pleasant and informative. I'll request to work with her next time I visit my local Verizon store.

Amanda was very helpful. She expertly navigated computer failures that were beyond her control. She was able to get me hooked up with a new S22 Ultra despite these challenges. She had me laughing the whole time. Very warm and friendly.

Kaye was very friendly and helpful, I went to pay my bill and ask about problema I’ve been having with my phone. She explained to me the updates and the reason of the problem, I traded my old phone and upgraded my device with a good deal.

Just changed cell service to Verizon. Its a Monday but Kaye was amazing, she was so knowledgeable and patient. I didnt make it an easy transition but no matter she got the job done without complaining. Thank you Kaye.

These guys were great. I had a very important meeting, not that I'm that important, but the federal judge is! My mobile hotspot had failed, dropped the zoom meeting - i could have been in trouble! I barged into the store, a nice man fixed me a chair and I went to work. Huge service. Highly recommend. I don't even think i said hello, just asked please can I use a wireless connection... They fixed me up in no time and I was online and everybody was happy. These guys were great!

I've been with Verizon for many years and have various types of service. I had recently purchased a new unlocked phone and when trying add it to my account discovered I need a SIM card. DUH. Head into town to Verizon store in Crockett, Texas. Kaye assisted me right away. Listened to my issue and handed me a SIM card. Since I was a long term customer there was no cost. In and out quick and easy. Reinforces my resolve and confidence in my choice of Verizon as my wireless provider.

DeShayla was so helpful explaining all of the specials going on and ended up talking us into two new cell phones, changing from AT&T service to Verizon and purchasing two Apple watches!!! She was patient, helpful snd knowledgeable. We were very pleased with our experience. Thank you DeShayla!!!

5 stars for the sales rep, who was probably ready to go because it was 15 minutes to closing. He didn't let it show through his demeanor or treatment of me. He was still patient and didn't outwardly show frustration at the delay caused by me having trouble authenticating. Very professional.

Sales staff very knowledgeable any helpful! In and out in about 5 mins! Had the product I needed in stock, and was also able to adjust the settings on my phone to fix a minor issue I'd been struggling with.

My mother's cell phone was not working and I stopped at Verizon Wireless on the loop in Crockett, TX. JD greeted me at the door, asked what the problem was and worked diligently to help get my mother reconnected. He had to try several things to get it going, but he did it! I will definitely make this Verizon store my go to! Thank you, JD!!!
