I have lived here for a little over 6 months and Reagan is hands down the best manager. She always has a smiling face and greets you as soon as you come in the door. She makes it a pleasure living here.

I am 18 and I came to get my first apartment at fairgreen I was assisted by Reagan and it was by far the best experience. I shopped around and compared to other places, I chose Fairgreen not only because of the apartment quality but for her customer service as well.

Reagan in the office is always friendly and a great help! Tory the maintenance man always responds quickly and efficiently!

Reagan was very helpful and informative. She answered all my questions about different apartments and pricing. I got exactly what I needed

Niles is super helpful and has been there to assist me even while i got laid off and worked with me in anyway he could, the maintenance staff is super friendly and always working hard! The pool area is always super clean and well maintenanced. The neighbors are super courteous and i’ve never had any noise complaints. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

I am thankful for this place its perfect! Reagan from the office is very helpful, I definitely recommend these apartments

Reagan is a woman ,who was helped us to get an apartment. She is a seriously woman and hard working person that can be to do this job. We were so glad to meet her and wish her to do all the best all residents in further.

I would like to thank Tory and Theo for coming in and checking on my air unit, and requesting on getting a new one. I also thank Tory for going out of his way to check the problem and explaining every detail to me about what is going on, I really appreciated the feedback. Thank you again

If you’re looking for an apartment complex with a friendly staff I highly recommend taking your time out of your day to come and speak with Sierra in the office! She’s went above and beyond with her service in helping me I felt at home before moving in! She made it feel just like home from the moment I spoke with her. Highly recommended here once again.

Ms.Reagan Chaney was was helpful and made everything went smooth and efficient, and it was easy to complete all of the move in processes

I havent had any issues with this place it’s fairly clean. The staff is nice especially maintenance, a guy named Tony! He is super polite and helpful not only did he right away fix my air conditioning but he’s helped me bring up groceries.!

So far so good! It's only been a few months but it's been a solid experience. The maintenance crew (tory your the boss) is very diligent. Shea, My apartment manager, is on point too. Always willing to help with anything that comes my way. She runs the leasing office by herself and still manages to talk about random topics with me. Keep it up guys.

Grounds look good when I talk to Tory he always helps me out when needed Reagon keep laundry room in good shape I really enjoy living here

Monique helped me out alot and she helped me reduced my stress about getting my dog put on my Lease . She provide me with excellent service . Would definately recommend Fairgreen Apartment Homes.

I have experienced nothing but comfort and satisfaction from the staff here. The living conditions are wonderful. If there is ever an issue they are on top of it right away. Reagan the apartment manager is very polite, courteous and kind. She is always very welcoming. Reagan, Tori and Deb are the best. They're like family now after 4 years.

Reagan is so boss never had such a joyous experience she is the reason we chose this apartment

Monique is awesome. Can’t say anything about the units because I haven’t moved in yet, but the service so far has been great.

I have lived at Fairgreen apartments for approx. 2 years. I have not had any problems with management or the property during that time. Tory (maintenance) is always very friendly and quick to respond and resolve any issues. He is seen daily around the property cleaning and maintaining common areas as well.

It’s a beautiful experience. They’ve been helpful from the caretaker and the maintenance dude (very nice and welcoming guy).
