Betsy is one of the best professional people I know in the field of Medicine. She has been my Healthcare provider for over 6 years now. I trust her judgment to be sure my Healthcare is going to be there to help me. She is very professional, caring, attentive and listens to how I want to be treated for a particular problem. Her exams are very thorough. She offers solutions while listening. You can't find a better person for your medical needs.

I am a big believer in family doctors, Betsy Chappell fills this description nicely. She is plesent and professional, her follow up and follow through is outstanding. I only have one complaint, I was not feeling well on two separate occasions and in need of a doctors (my doctors) advice. I was told by the front office that it would take weeks for me to be seen, and sent to the ergent care clinic, I was sick and not in risk of death. A possible solution would be to set aside one hour in the middle or end of each day to see patients with unscheduled illnesses. To book every minute of everyday with well care or follow ups might be good financial practice but its not a good family doctor practice.

She Prescribed me meds and things I didn’t need, had to drive all the way to Dallas to find a dr. that literally solved my issue within 3 minutes. What a waste of time and money dealing with this Dr. and clinic.
