The manager Meagan Morrison is quick to have issues resolved in a timely manner.
Quite and relaxing place to live.
Beautiful lake to take my grandchildren to fish ( catch and release policy)
I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I've been here almost two years and absolutely love it. Its a great community and they really do their best to try and take good care of their tenants. Love the fishing pond too

When I lived here there were domestic cats being fed and released here. They would dig into your trash and get it everywhere. Nothing was done. When we moved out we were charged $600 for a cleaning fee. SIX HUNDRED.
We literally scrubbed the house down before leaving. The house was spotless.
We were told we could paint rooms a neutral color, so we did, we painted one bedroom. We were charged for "re painting" in the cleaning fee.
The place is a scam and will take your money.

Very poor customer service! Nicole never returns her calls. I dont recommend these people to anyone.
