UT Health East Texas Urgent Care

Extremely thorough and rifled us through paperwork expeditiously( my daughter and I both felt terrible). Gave us our test options up front and greeted us with a warm humorous smile. For my 6 yo daughter who's afraid of the Dr., that's a big deal...so thank you very much for the bedside manner.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband, a disabled vet.
This was his first time at this facility. His waiting time was quite short and he was treated very professionally and with respect. ( Thank you to the staff).
We will definitely be using this facility in the future.

Dr Pino and his staff have always been attentive, courteous and thorough during my few visits. It is a reassuring feeling to know we have a clinic in town where when you are feeling your worse, you can get in quickly to get immediate help.

I was visiting from Dallas and came down with a nasty cold and wanted to get checked out. I chose this facility because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint. The front desk staff member was very friendly and even the doctor (Dr Pino) came up to the front desk to greet me. The medical assistant that brought me back was very kind and professional. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen by the doctor. It turned out that I had COVID and he took the time to talk to me about how to recover and different vitamins that could help. I liked his conservative approach. He took the time to answer my questions and he was down to earth and approachable. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I also received a follow up call the following day checking to see how I was doing! It was a wonderful experience. The only issue that I feel should be raised is that you can hear everything going on in the next room. I heard another patient’s entire medical history. A suggestion would be a sound machine or something to muffle conversations going on in the next room. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning. I’m a registered nurse at an out patient care facility in Dallas and know how a place should be run to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction. This place checked all the boxes of being a 5 star Urgent Care. Please don’t change- you guys are wonderful!

Little bit of a wait but that was only due to the overwhelming number of people that also needed their services this day. They managed the people very well and once my name was called it was a rather quick process. Super friendly and made sure all of my concerns and needs were met.

From my first phone call, to checking out after our appointment the staff was phenomenal. Caring, sweet, and precise. Thank you all!

A real surprise on the inside ! Courteous , friendly , knowledgeable staff. Wait time was nothing. Will definitely go back when I need quick medical help !

Took our 6month old in for cough and congestion. Reception area was very friendly. Nurse Ashley was great with our little one and Dr. Pino spent a lot of time talking through our concerns. Never felt rushed and happy with the care we got. If ever the need for an urgent care arises, this will be my go to.

My experience with UT urgent care in Canton was outstanding! Ashley, Brittany, and Dr. Pino were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I have been there oly 2 times, but those 2 visits were 5 star. The first was during the covid travel mess. I needed a travel test to go to Mexico. Everywhere we tried couldn't do it, so our last hope was UT, they got us in and tested just in time!
Second issue of mine had been misunderstood by other clinics and I finally have relief from my chemo induced nose and throat issue!
I'm very thankful for the nurse and Dr that listened to my issues and understood what I needed!

I had a great experience here...receptionist was very nice...vital lady did her job fast and easy ...doctor was knowledgeable and very informative.....I really really don't like doctors visits but I would recommend this urgent care I give them a 10 star review....and they called and checked on me the next day

Dr Pena is the best and always has been to my family. The rest of the staff is also super nice.

I’ve went to Dr. Pino in the past and he has ALWAYS been ON POINT with diagnosing and treating my sickness. UT unfortunately doesn’t accept my insurance so I had to go to my primary for my most recent sickness. I went to my primary THREE DIFFERENT times for a month and they never helped me. I was coughing, wheezing, had a headache, etc. Finally after week 4 of no relief, I happily paid the cash pay price to see Dr. Pino again.

IT WAS WORTH EVERY FREAKING PENNY. He sat with me a clearly explained what he felt was wrong with me, treated my symptoms and within 24 hours I was finally feeling relief! I’m so thankful for him and his sweet staff!

Even if it’s cash pay- THEY ARE WORTH IT! They also give you a cash pay price that isn’t expensive. They are the best!

Was very pleased with U T Health urgent care. Very quick to get me in and listened to all my needs. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Every time we can't get in with our regular docs, we go to canton urgent care. We are respected, loved, cared for, and most importantly the entire staff listens to our concerns. This place is our family's super hero, and we pray for many blessings over the whole building . Thank yall so much for doing what yall do!!!

My visit was probably one of the most seamless trips to a doctor's office ever. I checked in online. No paperwork to fill out on arrival since I completed it online. Minimal wait time. Office staff and NP were super nice. I think I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!
