I have had an extremely bad experience with this company and the people who run it!! They are petty women who withhold money earned for their own personal entertainment. I worked for them for 3 weeks and have been waiting on my paycheck for almost a month now and when I ask about it the tell me they mailed it but yet it's been almost a week and I still haven't received anything. If they were such great people wouldn't they try to help a former employee who is going through a very hard time that has no running water or food to eat. They are heartless people who care only about themselves and think other people's misfortunes are their entertainment . it's funny to watch other people

I had a very bad experience with this company. They are not honest and do not care about the people they rent to. When issues arise: beware! They will overcharge and underdeliver! There are very little small town, good values businesses left in the permian basin....as with most places in the West Texas area...the bottom line is what matters anymore! What a shame! Who keeps tabs on these shady people??

I am so sorry I ever rented an apartment from these people. They kept my credit card information and made numerous unauthorized charges. They have hidden fees and costs that they charge without permission. They dont give you what they promise. But since they have your signed contract and your credit card information.....your stuck with paying for anything they decide you owe. Be very careful what info you give these people. Block your credit cards!! BBB where are you!
