I love Town and Country Vet I will never use another vet. They always take great care of my animals. Even my cat that another vet wanted to sedate just to give shots.

Best vet in the area. There is almost always a wait list to become a client, for good reason, though. They will work with you on payments if needed and take amazing care of your fur-baby. Also, they are A&M veterinarians.

I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else, especially after just about every other local vet got bought out by national companies. Dr. Hartzoge is amazing... he always has my full confidence with my dogs and cats.

Everyone is so very caring and helpful here. Love the vets!!! They always answer any questions I have and make sure I understand what is going on. Brandy & Kelly at the front desk are amazing!!!
Each time I had to let one of my babies pass on, Dr. Lee stayed with us the entire time, even shed a few tears with me. Everyone made the cremation process so easy for me and were truly sympathetic and helpful. Couldn't have better people!!!

Great vets and great staff. Very busy but I always get great service. Brandy, Shane & Juli are my favorite people to see there. I love all the doctors and how they treat my foster babies.

We took our boy to this vet in a emergency situation that didn't end well for our family but I wanted to say the staff were so great. They did the best they could to help us and offer us everything in there ability. They were very compassionate and helpful. I fully recommend them

This veterinary office has been an answered prayer for us! We adopted an adorable puppy that ended up having a genetic tendon defect requiring 3 surgeries. His rowdy nature also complicated the recoveries! All 3 vets are amazing- but Dr. Riordan has shown amazing patience and persistence in getting our dog’s defect corrected! The orthopedic surgeries are difficult, and he even discounted the fees. His staff has been so professional & very competent & compassionate- from the front desk, to the assistants. We can’t say enough positive things about this office! We highly recommend them, and feel blessed to have them in Midland.

We have a rescue that was abused and he has always been such a handful at the vet because he is so scared. Every other vet I’ve used has had to sedate him before they can get too close to him. He’s about 100 pounds so he can be kind of scary. We just switched to Town & Country vet and he did SO good with Dr. Hartzoge and staff. They didn’t have to sedate him and he didn’t growl or try to bite them. My husband and I were in shock at how well he did. But, it’s not surprising with such a great vet and his staff. Wish we had taken him to Town & Country vet years ago.

We have used Dr Hartzog and Dr Lee for years. Always great with us and our furbabies. They have been with us and supported us during the difficult decision times, and understand how the parents of the furbabies hurt so bad when it's time. I appreciate them more than I can ever say to their faces.

Absolutely love them and highly recommend. Front desk staff is always friendly and informative as well as all the techs.. We love them and will continue to support this amazing team..

After almost 18yrs with Shannon Animal hospital I have changed my primary Vet to Town and Country. With reasons I will not disclose other than new ownership takeover of Shannon, I am proud to be a part of this Vet. They took my pooch in and took care of her right away with the friendliest staff out of any business in town. I am soo happy that there is still good people that are willing to take care of you. The Veterinarian and every member of the staff are absolutely amazing!!! The Vet is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, and compassionate, but also down to earth. They literally SAVED MY DOG'S LIFE from an accidental poisoning! I wouldn't have my baby girl without them! The Doc is also very experienced with ACL injuries, and the only one I trusted to do the surgery on my doggo. The best Veterinarian I think we've ever had!!! They have seen her for many other things as well. They quickly diagnosed, discussed, informed me about each condition and treated each problem. All of the staff, receptionists, and techs are knowledgeable, and very caring. The prices are very reasonable, and there is rarely a longer than 15 minute wait time. The office and waiting room are clean and comfortable. Great energy, and atmosphere. I'm so thankful to have them for my fur babies!!!

Dr. Lee and Dr. Hartzoge are tremendous with our dogs. They are honest even if it’s the worst news you can expect which is highly valued in my opinion. They believe just because we can, doesn’t mean we should. The vet techs and front desk staff are awesome as well. Only place I trust for my furbabies.

We had to let our bruiser cross the rainbow bridge. Everyone was so kind. They explained what would happen and let my husband stay with our beloved fur baby til the end. Wonderful caring staff. Thank you all

Such a great place! Highly recommend! They are extremely clean too. It's like you don't even know you're in a vet clinic. The staff is very friendly and helped us with our pet emergency. We cannot say enough great things about them.
