They always have what I need. If they dont, they try their best to get me what i need as a black hairstylist hair stores only supply us with limited products for our hair. They always have a small space with our products in the darkest corner. Will love if rda invested in more black products and not half of the products or what they select. Ask us what we need. Don't make that decision if you don't do African American Hair

Every time I had went into rda when I was in school the girls working weren’t really friendly or helpful, their customer service could be a little better. I always make sure my customers feel welcomed and make sure all of their questions are answered. We get a complaint about rda almost every day and I’m sure that affects your business in some way. I myself am licensed and I know how I like to be treated when I walk into any store and it certainly isn’t how some of your customers are being treated. To answer your question.

I wish the ladies were more inviting. They don’t help you when you need advice on products. They’re always whispering when you’re around & Products or shelves are always dusty. Not the best environment

this place made me purchase it after i asked permission to try it. She said i could see it i got con. will not be coming back here will take my buisness elsewhere
