Sharkey's Cuts for Kids- Midland TX

We had an amazing experience at sharkey’s both our boys loved their haircuts. Chloe Elam did so great, and she’s so sweet she made the boys feel so comfortable!!

My daughter is about to turn 4 and we haven’t cut her hair once. She decided she wanted it cut so we chopped off a lock worth at home (a good 8 inches worth) and then scheduled a visit the next day here at Sharkey’s with Julie. I chose her because of the ratings she had and a previous review written about her. She did a good job with my daughter and was very kind. The facility was fun very kid friendly. Honestly I was nervous looking for a place online because I thought they had too much focus on the kids having fun and not enough on cutting hair well, but we took the leap of faith and was pleased by the results. Julie told me she had been cutting hair for two years. She fixed up the chopped look it was before and gave her a cute cut. They also did her nails at the end. She received a ring, balloon and sucker. I too enjoyed a sucker and my son was given a ring and balloon for tagging along. Super kind of them. We will be back :)

Julie did an excellent job on my daughter’s haircut! I mentioned that she had a banquet to go to tonight and Julie went the extra mile by offering to curl her hair and add braids. We will definitely be back when it is time for another haircut!

What a fun place for kids to get their hair cut! The environment is perfect for kids and I am very pleased with my son's hair. The only negative is that we had to pay for full service even though my son didn't have his hair washed or dried. The stylist was fantastic but she didn't offer to wash my son's hair or let me know I'd be charged for the service regardless. We will definitely be going back!

I took my sons here for haircuts and had a great experience! The staff were friendly, patient and so sweet. My boys loved sitting in the fire truck and police car chairs and watching Spidey while getting their hair cuts. Sharkey’s will be our go to from now on!

My son absolutely hates hair cuts and he did a great job here. He loved it from the minute he walked in. So many cool things! The only thing I didn’t like was there is no room to sit in there so we have to be standing up and got a little crowded. Also we had an appointment at 3 and waited about 30 minutes to be seen. But overall the experience was great and we will continue to go here!! I recommend taking your little ones to sharkeys.

My 3 year old daughter had her first haircut with Julie. She did a fantastic job, and gave the full pampering experience. Will definitely go back!

All the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Took my daughters Saturday they loved it and took my nieces Sunday and they enjoyed it as well. Also got my daughter's ear pierced on Sunday and Zaira made her feel comfortable thank you to all the ladies Nancy Jenny Rebecca and Zaira

Zaira at the Midland location washed and styled my daughter’s hair and painted her nails for back to school photos on 2 different occasions. She is awesome and so sweet! Highly recommend!

I can not say ENOUGH how happy i’am that I found Sharkey’s! My grandson is on the spectrum and noise and having his hair messed with has made it difficult to get a haircut. But he loves Sharkey’s! They keep loud noises down as much as possible. His stylist Miss Julie really listens to him. He said he only wanted her to use scissors because he is afraid of the clippers. She listened to his wishes and he looks handsome and since she did he knows he can trust Miss Julie. We highly recommend Sharkey’s and we highly recommend Miss Julie!!

This is the most awesome place for kiddos to get their haircut. Our grandson has sensory issues and the staff was wonderful to him and his little sister. This was the first time to get his hair cut without crying.

Both my girls got a wash/cut combo. They loved their experience and walked out happy.

I’ve been taking my kids to the Sharkey’s in Odessa for a couple of years, so I was thrilled when a salon opened in Midland, much closer to my house! I took them today to each get a haircut and this new location did not disappoint! My son loved playing Minecraft while getting his hair cut and my daughter lived her best pampered life with a haircut, style and “minicure.” The staff was professional and kind. The salon was super clean and such a fun atmosphere for kids. We will definitely be back!

Such a fun experience for my daughter’s first haircut! Stylist and atmosphere were great. My 3-yr-old felt very comfortable and pampered the whole time!

Nancy Swafford is our number 1 go to! We have a two year old and he can be a handful and she is so patient with him as well as ensuring she does. Great job on cutting his hair! She is an10/10 recommend when going to sharkys!

My girly girls had such a fun time getting pampered at Sharkey’s today. My oldest said her favorite part was sitting in the “Barbie Jeep” and watching a Disney show while getting her haircut. My youngest said her favorite part was how they styled her hair with butterfly clips and glitter hairspray afterwards. The manicures and princess rings they got to take home makes going to Sharkey’s the most special and memorable experience. So excited to have them in Midland!

It’s so hard to find someone who can cut my boys hair because of different reasons. They did fantastic! They even took the time time to make sure I loved the haircut even though it was opening day and they were booked! I’m taking my daughter back today! They do accept Apple Pay!

Wow! This is THE place to take your kids. Every person was exceptionally kind and patient. My 5 y.o. son's favorite part of his experience was getting to play mine craft while getting his haircut. So grateful we have this option for kiddos in midland! Thank You!!
