Leisure Lakes RV Resort, Pensacola Florida

We were needing a place to stay on very short notice. Alan (the owner) actually answered the phone and allowed us to stay! He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and safe. This park has full hookups, very clean bath house, and at least two small lakes/ponds one can kayak on or fish at. There’s plenty of pet waste bag stations, and there’s a playground for the kids. It’s also very near a Publix grocery store and of course this area has a lot to see and do. We highly recommend this campground!

We loved staying at Leisure Lakes. Alan is amazing, he kept us updated via text on not only the colder weather coming but other items happening around the resort. We just appreciated him so much. RV spot was large and clean and it had such a lovely view.

I am a retired Navy & new RV’er. Manager Alan Stark and staff went above the “The Call of Duty” 1st 🥇 helping me level & hook up. 2nd 🥈 I didn’t have the correct connections for sewage…They gave me the necessary equipment to keep! We stayed for 26 days and were checked ✅ on multiple occasions. I have read complaints…However, my 1st RV experience was made simple by 1 rate by generous knowledgeable professionals. We were traveling in our motor home to central Florida when we had a breakdown in Pensacola. After getting our RV to a dealership here we got online and began looking for a small cabin to stay in while our RV was being looked at. I found Leisure Lakes and resort and saw they had two tiny house/cabins. As it was already in the afternoon I called the office and spoke with Alan. I explained the situation and he has one of the cabins “Heron's Nest” available. We drove directly there and Alan ( the GM) was waiting for us and extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. The cabin was exactly as pictured. It looked brand new, was clean and well appointed. As we did not know how long we would be here , a kitchen was a plus! We ended up staying ten days. The RV park was quiet. We never had a noise issue. The park has trees and two lakes. There is a grocery store within walking distance.The laundry room was clean and all the machines were in excellent working condition. The park is clean and well kept. We walked around the lakes for exercise and they are clean and well kept. There are plans for more improvements on the property in the near future. We would definitely stay here again, both in the cabin or in one of the sites.
Update: our RV is going to be ready late this afternoon. We will pick it up but it will be too late to drive anywhere today. Alan is allowing us to park it overnight in an empty spot until we can leave tomorrow as we have one more night here in the cabin. He has been awesome to work with! Thank you Alan! Five stars to both the property and to Alan the GM!

Serene and safe - Leisure Lakes is in a rustic setting by the lakes, and conveniently located to everything you want to see. Excellent for families and singles, and the park manager is the nicest kind of guy you will ever meet. Friendly and helpful. Alan is my hero. 5 stars!

Absolutely loved staying here!! The management team, (Tammy, her husband, and the other worker) were extremely helpful and awesome to work with!! They helped me several times! They really take pride in what they do and work to make improvements, and to make the customers happy! And the landscape is beautiful here!

I love the manager, Alan. He is so helpful to me and others. I never have to worry about anything with Alan. He is Johnny on the Spot with everything. The park is clean, friendly and welcoming!
Being 73 and alone, I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We stayed here for a week for work. The manager, Alan, was great. Any question / request we had he helped right away. The tiny house felt roomy and had a great view of the lake. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I have loved our time here so far! Alan the property manager has been nothing short of amazing being able to help us. He even backed our trailer in when my husband wasn’t home which was a life saver. It’s clean & has great views of the water. 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed living here the 1 1/2 years we were there!!!! Alan goes above and beyond for his guests & is very accommodating!!!! They’re also reasonably priced compared to other RV sites!!!!

Easy access, booking was easy also. Sites were pretty level. This is just a convenient park, nice location. Close to the interstate and within walking distance of a Publix.

Nicest Friendliest folks ever. I reserved a spot due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel. I called and spoke with Allen the manager. He was very understanding, refunded my deposit and stated he hoped I will stay with them in the future. Class Act. They will definitely have my future business. He always answers when I called and was professional and Very Kind and I appreciated that in the situation I was in. I will definitely recommend going to see him and going to this place to everyone! This place was everything they promised and better. It was really beautiful with a great view from our waterside site. Nice places to walk the dogs. They also were nice about letting us stay with our trailer that is 30 years old but renovated.

Place was nice the owners was nice very accommodating. Was a last minute thought and well worth it.

Owner (Alan) is extremely responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the power at our site and he and his maintenance person were there in five minutes to correct it. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 months and loved it, the owners are very helpful and do a great job keeping the park safe. The property is beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. Anytime we are in town this is the place we will be staying!
