We had a one night stop in our 42 ft. Class A with tow. Great location to interstate. Slot was gravel but level. We used a pull through. Park is clean and quiet. Owners most helpful and escorted us to our slot.

Great two night stopover! Park is quiet, clean and well maintained. Staff is excellent- helpful, accommodating. Loved the concrete patio for keeping the rig clean! We took advantage of the $5.00 kayak rental; a bargain and a pleasant activity. Showers were great and laundry reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Very nice park. We stopped in the middle of the night (without a reservation) for some rest and a shower. Bathrooms and laundry were tidy. Rates were very reasonable. The pier is great. Great views. Peaceful park. The office guy was very friendly and helpful.

We really like this place. It’s quiet and convenient on and off the freeway. We’ve stayed here a few times and always receive a pull thru. The owner escorts you to your site and helps if needed. There’s a picturesque bayou with the back in sites, and a cute bridge you can walk over and fish on. It has the basic amenities you would need. The owners are nice and that makes for a pleasant stay.

Nice clean campground with roomy sites. The bath house and laundry facilities are nice, clean, and well kept. They have a small spool with a sundeck that sits right along the bayou. I love the small footbridge that crosses the canal. The built in seats under the canopy is perfect for observing wild life and having a morning cup of coffee. The campground is far enough away that you feel like you are away from the hustle with a bit of a country feel. But its also a close drive to all the major attractions in the area.

This is a very clean and well managed park with many sites offering full hookups including water, electric and sewer.
Beautiful water views and a very clean pool. Canoe rentals are also available.
Air conditioned space with washer and dryers and clean large inside showers and outside showers by the pool. The inside showers offered a large private area to change clothes and towel dry, perfect for families.
There is an air conditioned community room. They have multiple wifi so we got great wifi service.
Great place and we will return again.

This park was nice surrounded by woods and marsh lands. Quiet place with full hookups and cable TV. The slots were gravel. Be careful of the fire ants around the power pedestal. Jim was very helpful backing me into the slot. It is within 5 miles of everything you need. Also, it is right of the interstate. I highly recommend this park.

Surprise... that was me after I checked in. Everything is perfect; laundry inexpensive, all the amenities you get from the high end parks. But the big surprise for me was when she handed me 5 pages with my receipt, I thought it was one of those big contracts you get from the corporate parks. It wasn't. It was Everything I would want to know about their resort and the surrounding towns... a quick reference guide of useful info like hospitals, Churches, RV Repair on-site & at their shop, even RV Wash & Detailing. Tire Service Centers, Taxi's, Rental cars, Miscellaneous like Publix, Walmart, Sam's Club. Post Office, Walgreens and restaurants in Milton, Pace and Pensacola. A Calendar of the Events in the area for that month...cultural & family. First Class Owners. You WILL appreciate Avalon Landing RV Park.

I loved it here. Our motorhome faced the water in a pull in space. I love to see the pelicans. They were around all day. Nice level sites. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wish we had more time there. There was confusion about our site upon arrival so make sure to be specific about if you are an RV or travel trailer. However, the staff got it worked out. Great place to kyack or fish.

Great! Not a scheduled stop so was hoping they had spots. They did, and were very helpful on the phone. Got there and super nice. Informative about everything in the area, good ideas for our motorcycle ride ( never took). Still too cool in January. The place is beautiful, clean, updated. Wish we could’ve spent more time.

Quiet place, at least mid August when it’s hotter than anything outside!! Gave us a nice location to easily get to the beaches. We were able to top off our propane too, bonus!

This is a nice RV park. The bathhouse was very clean, the camp was very tidy, the staff
nice and healthful. We stayed 4 days. There were nice beaches close by. Pensacola beach and beautiful Ft Pickens and the beach at Ft Pickens
The only drawback was the noise from the busy road. Quiet at night.

The hosts are amazing, very kind and helpful. The location is extremely convenient right off the interstate. The office is equipped with extras for purchase at fair prices (we needed a new hose and connections). Great experience.
