Perdido Key RV Resort & Marina

Fantastic RV park with private beach-like area and pool. All the staff are great very friendly and accommodating. Stayed for 2 months chasing the sun and heat but this winter just bizarre. Only issue is the sites are fairly close together so if your neighbor is not as friendly as you..you may have an issue. Dog park just down the road with access for the dogs to the water. All in all highly recommend and we are coming back 2 more times this year during our travels in the area before heading back to TN.

We stayed at the Marina. Beach is within walking distance. Several restaurants are close. You can walk. The only bad thing I can say is our boat neighbor had two much junk on the finger pier. This is not their fault. I love it here. This is a must stop for boats or RVs. Heated pool, extremely clean restrooms, and showers. The activities room was excellent as well. It's one of my favorite Marina.

We are staying here for a few weeks. The staff is very friendly and the RV park is clean and well run. The sites are level, and the internet works great. There are activities to join in on if you desire. The park is smaller, which we like and is dog friendly.

Loved this RV resort! Next time we come through, we plan on staying longer than a week. We were in a pull through site so we had plenty of room to drop the deck from the back of our rig.everyone was so nice.

What a great place to park an RV or moor your boat! The staff and guests are all among the nicest people you'll ever meet!

We keep our sailboat here and can live aboard should we choose at a reasonable rate. Without a doubt the best marina we've ever used!

It's an RV resort, so no rooms to evaluate! Location was easy access to Pensacola downtown, beaches, and easy drive over to Alabama. Only problem in the winter is that it's very breezy there, so when the air is cold... brrrr.

This has been an excellent choice we made on a whim. The staff (Michelle, Dawn, Terri, Rex and Rom) have been so nice and friendly. They make feel like you are at home. This is one of the cleanest RV Parks we have been too. Can't wait for the next trip here. It has been very relaxing.

Absolutely LOVE this place! This year was our second stay here and we will be back next year! The grounds are perfectly kept! It's so clean and beautiful! We have stayed in a pull thru spot which are huge and a back-in and they are both great spots! Plus they have boat slips which is awesome fir us since we take our boat everywhere! They have a sand area on the water to hang out to give you that beach feel even though they are on the bayside! Don't miss out on the place go now! LOVE LOVE this place!

Quick trip down and stayed at site 14. The resort was having new sod laid to do away with the sand spurs, so several sites closed and not crowded at this time. Really enjoyed it and they do a great job of keeping up the grounds. We will return.

Great RV park. Paved sites and Close to everything, especially the beach. If your heading east or west, We also recommend Pine Crest RV Park in Slidell, La. Great location Right off the I-10, I-12, I-59 interchange in Louisiana. 25 minutes from New Orleans. Paved site and reasonable rates

Beautiful, small, very well kept RV resort. Its a few miles from beach access, 5 min drive to Publix or Winn Dixie and a few restaurants nearby. The drive here from I-10 was a bit long (15 miles) as it's all city driving. The only gripe I would have is the road noise from the very large bridge that goes over this place. It's constant. So if you're looking for complete quietness, this isn't the place. Still giving it 5 stars since the property is gorgeous.

A wonderful place for a long awaited vacation. Close to all the places you want to visit but quiet for an evening rest. I loved my walks first thing in the morning. Wonderful view. The condo was pristine as well as the park. I loved the condo decor. Very cozy and fresh. Definitely will visit again.

I would rate 6 stars if possible. I’m here for the week on business, and this is a wonderful place to stay. Amazing views from your windshield, full hookups, great satellite reception. I’m honestly wishing I could stay longer.

We stayed for a full week with our RV and two other couples in their campers. Our stay here was fantastic! This is one of the cleanest parks you will find and the entire staff is a friendly and helpful as you can ask for. The sites are not very large but are well organized and level and have concreted areas. The marina is nice and you will be right on the channel with a nice, sandy beach to relax on. You cannot really get into the water here. The Sunset Grill is just down the street for drinks and food and a great sunset view. We will be back for sure!

This is a great place!! All the staff are extremely friendly. Grounds are very clean and well maintained. Great Location on the water. Close to great restaurants and Beaches are short drive. Staying here in our RV the week of Thanksgiving 2021. Was surprised to see the Pool open clean and Heated. 5 Stars!

The owners were the absolute best. They helped us with anything we needed. The park was clean, beautiful, and quiet! I loved everything we did in Perdido, and we’re so thankful for our girl getaway! #shakethat

This in an excellent RV park with a marina to keep your boat while you are there. We fell in love with the place the first time we visited and have now been there 3 times in the past year. It is clean and conveniently located with beaches within bicycle distance. You can visit all the way from Gulf Shores Alabama to Pensacola Florida with just a short trip by car. There is only a short no wake zone involved with the boat trip from the marina to Pensacola Pass so even though it's several miles it can be done quickly. You are actually in the middle between Perdido Pass and Pensacola Pass although there is a lot of no wake area between the marina and Perdido Pass. We are divers and tow our boat with the RV, and this place is perfect for that as there are many good dive sites both off Pensacola Pass and Perdido Pass.
