The property manager was very sweet, friendly and service was fast.

Cannot say enough about how amazing this storage facility is and how well the Manager, Sandy, runs the place. If they have a move in special, it's a really good deal. They do not charge you for insurance like a lot of other places or any other surprise fees. They ask a fair price, your stuff is safe with a manager living on site 24/7, and the cops are called immediately if anyone comes on site that is not supposed to be there. Super secure! I love renting from this place and have rented from here for over a year. During that time when prices are skyrocketing up, they have increased my rent twice from $102 for a 15 x 15 to $120 so they are doing their best to keep their prices reasonable. The best thing however is how good the management is. Sandy will call you if there has been any damage at all to the building you are in due to a hurricane or Act of God which is not often.

I have nothing but great things to say about University Self Storage. Sandy is an amazing manager, she’s super helpful and managed to get me exactly the size unit I needed at exactly the right time. The prices for climate controlled units can’t be beat! The facility is clean and better than expected.

Sandy and the owner of University Self Storage both run their operation smoothly, and they go the extra mile to provide a safe environment for each customer/client. I never have to worry about whether or not I owe the place money, and Sandy has really helped me to deal with every minor inconvenience, i.e. less-considerate customers, or a delayed gate opening, or even just a lack of good conversation! I've been a customer for quite a few months, and I'm truly satisfied with my rented space and with the customer service🙂

Sandy was super! We listed our house and sold in one (1) day and Sandy was quick to put us at ease and work to get us what we needed ! And, during the move when our mover thought we might need an extra unit, Sandy came through and put one on standby. We have four (4) climate controlled units and a car parked on premises. What a blessing and Can Do attitude, five stars for SURE!!

I LOVE this storage facility. Sandy is such a sweet lady and made the overall experience of renting a storage unit easier. The facility is super clean. The location is great! AND she even has water available for you while you are unloading your truck to load the unit. Did I mention I LOVE this place!

Sandy, the on site Mgr. Is very helpful, kind and easy to do business with. Moving my things from Public to this spot. Cleaner, newer, and I don't feel like I have to wrestle a bear, when trying to open the door. Wont need my crowbar now!
