Select Physical Therapy - Westside Highway 98

Megan Shaw is a ROCK STAR! When I started seeing Megan for hand OT, I wasn't able to bend my left hand's finger or thumb without experiencing pain. Open a jar was impossible. I was referred to OT to gain mobility in my left hand. Within a month doing the exercises and working with Megan, I can now use my left hand pain free. Never take your fingers and thumb for granted but if you get injured, go see Megan and do what she says to do. You will have your own success story.

As a retired Healthcare Administrator, I know what it takes to be a professional organization. The care I have experienced from the staff here a Select Therapy has been professional and courteous from the time you enter till you depart Renee, Jen, and Tom. A service seldom received these days! What a great environment they have created - Thank you!

This is my third experience with Select PT Highway 98 West. I would never go anywhere else in Pensacola for physical therapy. This clinic is as close to perfect as anything on earth can get. Here, you get an abundance of professionalism, first-class care, individualized treatment & exercises, encouragement, patient-centered goal-setting, friendliness & even fun. These people cannot do any better at exceeding patients' needs & wants.

Justin was terrific. He understood my condition, and knew what exercises to reccommend to focus on my rehab. I just relocated here from the Metro Washington DC area and wasnt expecting to begin with serious back issues and had to find tratment quickly. i am so glad I was able to be directed to this facility.

Love Mr Tom. He knows just how hard to do my tx and he is teaching me the therapy to continue to do at home. He has help my hip do much better with the pain. SELECT HWY 98 PENSACOLA FL AND MR TOM ARE THE VERY BEST THERAPISTS I'VE WORKED WITH.

The Occupational Hand Therapist at Select Physical Therapy Westside Highway 98; Megan Shaw, is excellent. I highly recommend her and the services she offers. I found her to also be honest with regards to the therapy needed or not needed for my hand and her capacity to improve the damage to my hand/wrist. Megan was not only professional, but easily approachable, showing compassion for and with her clients.

Thomas Morgan, PTA had been working with me at Select Physical Therapy. I have thoroughly enjoyed his treatments. He is kind and has such a great personality that it makes the therapy session go by quickly. I look forward to my treatments with Tom and highly recommend him for your PT needs.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They are understanding about missed or rescheduled appointments, as is my therapist, Meagan Shaw. Megan takes the time to explain exercises we are doing and the reason for doing them. She is very patient, and thoughtfully answers any questions I may have. I highly recommend Megan Shaw and Westside Select Physical Therapy.

Grace is job. doing a great job, after only 2 sessions and doing the exercises at home, I'm noticing improvement in my neck.

The staff at Select Physical Therapy are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve had a few different therapist and the thing I appreciate is they chart my routine and progress so no matter who I’m working with they can see what my primary goals are and approach my seasons accordingly.

I highly recommend them as I have seen results after each visit. The therapist take time to explain everything and ensure that I am going ok with performing each exercise.

The atmosphere is friendly and they even play music which helps to relax while grinding through each therapy session.

I highly recommend the aquatic therapy pool at Select Physical Therapy. Jennifer and Tom are the best. I cannot do land exercises yet and when I finally got the call that their pool was open, I was ecstatic.

If you ever have to go to Physical therapy , this is the place to go. The staff are all very nice , compassionate , caring , they are always upbeat and keep you upbeat , even after having an injury , surgery or whatever you are there for. From the front desk Ashley she is so helpful with insurance questions , making sure all the paperwork is done correctly she is the first person you see and she always has a smile on her face..They have other front desk people to that are just as friendly MR.O he is very nice always happy too. Jennifer the Supervisor PT person she is awesome the whole staff is awesome they take time to listen to what is hurting you listening to you saying what u can and can't do. They push u but not too hard they know when to stop and work on something else. They are the best PT in Pensacola , all are very nice even if you are not working with them it's like you can say hello and they have a bright smile saying hello back. For me I have gained confidence I really thought I could not do a lot of things bc I have alot going on, but come to find out i am doing pretty good. I have a long way to go yet . But with the help of Jennifer , Jacqueline and mostly Jennifer , I have come along way. And when my last day comes I will be very sad. Bc they became like family to me. We laughed together they saw me cry they know me better than I know myself , they put up with me for nearly a year , My good days my bad days. But they never let me give up. And I will continue not giving up. Bc of their encouragement. They encourage you they care about you getting better , they talk with you they listen so well to all your concerns. They just get to know who you are , like after third session you feel like you are doing PT with friends . And even after your PT is over they tell you to keep in touch and let them know how you doing . Bc after a year there I heard that many times coming from of the PT people . Select 98 Is GREAT!!!

Their customer service is great. The therapists care about their patients. Great place. I used this place a long time ago.

There are too many good things to say about West side physical therapy. Everyone is super friendly, professional, and caring. The facility is spotless and all the equipment is beautiful. Jordan had helped me greatly, he knowledge and intuitiveness was compassionate and joyful. (She's so great ) she actually made me like going to the therapy. I live near downtown and it was actually more convenient than some people realize.
I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you for everything.

The exercises she had me do works for me. My lower back muscles and spinal cord has hurt me for years but after four treatments I can tell a good difference. I look forward to my next treatment for even more relief.

The staff Therapist really care, always watching and ensuring I'm doing the exercises that I need to accomplish, but doing it with a sense of humor. Staff members such as Jordan, Phil, Jennifer, Tom and Lexie are encouraging and always trying to get the most from me during my time at the West Side. The place rocks with good humor among the staff and us folks going through therapy. I enjoy going in there and can honestly say that I can Strongly Recommend the West Side Clinic as the Very Best Physical Therapy Clinic in Pensacola!

Jennifer Little was outstanding, she really goes the extra mile making sure you feel comfortable with the your treatment plan as far as emailing my treatment plans so that I could continue my treatment at home.
