A man who jumped off a twenty story building was overheard by onlookers as he passed each floor..."So far, so good". I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, first month free, and especially the discount for retired military status!! Darryl was very helpful, engaging and friendly!!

I desperately needed a storage unit. After looking around at several other companies, I decided to go with Southern storage. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and very helpful. I am not good on sizes so I asked him if I could see a couple of the different units, he was more than happy to show them to me. Their facility is very clean and very well protected. I am confident with my decision.

Conveniently located, clean, accessible, and the folks that run the unit are kind. It has been a pleasure working with them, highly recommend.

Clean, great service. Had a hard time with moving between my old and new apartment, but the employees made everything much easier.

The Property Manager is Professional, Friendly & courteous. The storage facilities are super clean. We needed to upgrade to a larger unit & they were able to accommodate because they had some that opened up. The manager made the transfer so smooth & seamless from beginning to end. We are so pleased with the service that we have been provided. I highly recommend this Southern Self Storage for all of your storage needs.

Very clean, safe, and secure climate controlled storage. The property manager exudes confidence and I trust she has the site well taken care of. I will be renting long term and wouldn't hesitate recommending to friends and family!

*Update: After 4 months of storage, I have decided to move and have decided to move out of the storage unit. This process was just as easy as it was to sign up! Truly high quality service and storage. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough about tge perfect experience here. Mike made this very emotional transition effortless for us. Very accommodating, friendly,helpfull,available and just an all around Rock star. This is our second time around with Southern and we will never use any other place.

Great facility, clean and well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Would have stayed, but it we are moving so we did not need the storage anymore. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure facility.

This is the best storage facility EVER! It is so safe and secure. The grounds and buildings are squeaky clean (even the bathroom). After seeing the facility and checking other's rates in the community my decision to rent at the Pine Forest Rd. location in Pensacola FL some six months ago was a no brainer!
To top it all off site manager Vivian is so friendly and keeps her commitments to quality customer service. She is so well liked by her renters, she has managed to top off two big boxes of toys for Pensacola's Toys for Tots Christmas collection.

Vivian is such a sweet person! She is very helpful especially with suggestions to questions I hadn't even thought of. Not only was my storage unit clean and well taken care of the whole property was very well maintained and clean! So so important!! I had no problems renting the onsite moving truck...which was free + gas moving in and available to rent for moving out too.
