I hired Tim to install a new 40 gallon gas water heater in our home after being quoted an outrageous price by another local company. His quote was fair, and his work was excellent. He seems to be very genuine and honest. I would hire him again for any of our plumbing needs.

I have hired Tim 2xs for various plumbing issues.. toilet flange replacement and water heater work. Easy to chat with and does solid work. He's busy so plan ahead with him for timing of your job.

Tim is a top notch plumber and very responsive to the customer. He goes out of his way to please the customer and is very considerate of your home. He definitely does not nickel and dime you and does a great job for a very fair price. I have no reservations in recommending him for any kind of job that you may have. Just a quality person!!

Have had work done on two occasions with Deale plumbing, different gentleman each time but both excellent. The first bathroom ended up requiring grout to even out the floor under the toilet and they took care of it for me before re-installing the toilet. This company provides clean, friendly service for a reasonable price in a timely manner. I'll definitely be calling them for any of my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good thinks about Tim and Deale Plumbing. Tim recently installed a tankless gas water heater and gas range at my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The price was very reasonable, Tim was always on time and worked around my schedule. If you need any plumbing done, Tim is your guy.

Deale plumbing did an excellent job on our whole house remodel. We needed to move plumbing, gas lines, install new fixtures, the works in our 1970's house. Deale plumbing handled all of the plumbing issues that came up (and they always come up in these old houses) so that we didn't have to worry about them. They pulled permits, handled inspections, worked with other contractors, and made the entire process seamless. Their quote was fairly priced and they were able to stay on budget. Work was done on time and they were reliable, always showed up when they said they would. Kept our entire remodel on budget and on schedule. Very highly recommend!!

I finally found an excellent plumbing company!!!! I highly recommend them.

Initially our kitchen sink was stopped up on the weekend. Because this was an emergency service, we understood that we would pay $210.00. That we perceived as a low price. Both my wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and pleasant demeanor. Since he was there anyway about the kitchen sink, I went ahead and asked him to have a go at our guest bathroom sink that had been slow for a very long time. He worked on that but his fix did not last. He came back after that and did not charge us anything having another go at our guest bathroom sink. I was very surprised and pleased that he did not charge us anything for that visit. He said that he would come back the following Monday or Wednesday and attempt to fix the bathroom sink again, but he'd charge us $35.00 for parts that would be needed. Monday came and went. Wednesday came and went. It is now Monday the week after that and he does not answer his phone or return his messages. Even though he far exceeded our expectations in every way when he showed up, it is not good that he said he would do something and fail to do it. It is not good that he did not call to inform us that he would not follow through with what he said he would do. It is not good that he does not answer our calls or call back when we leave voice mail. If he contacts us with more information and/or does what he said he would do, I'll edit, add, and change my rating to reflect that.

They will not answer their phone. They open at 7:30 but nobody answers the phone or returns calls after several messages were left. Customer Service starts with the first contact so if this is the best foot forward then they are not for me. I do not want a call with excuses. If you open at a certain time then be ready to Service your customers. I am STILL waiting for a call back. Btw, we got some who answered their phone ans serviced us in the same day. Problem solved!!!
