My husband & I rented a unit online and when we saw it in person we wanted to upgrade. Jessica at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! She gave us all the info we needed. The whole experience was painless and easy. Great storage space, the units are clean and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend.

The girl with the pretty tattoos that's usually at the front desk (I'm so bad with names!) Is SO nice and helpful, she absolutely went way above and beyond for me! Facility is very nice and clean and convenient!

Jess helped us with all our needs and concerns. She took us around the property and showed us the units available and answered all our questions about cost, fees and access. The facility looks modern and well kept. Jess also explained the different insurance options. She was lovely! Additionally, she was able to get us in and out on no less than 20 minutes. Storage King on Mobile Highway has a new office manager and she provided great service and went above and beyond to assist me with a billing issue. Great personalized service from the staff! The inside storage buildings are very clean, well lit and the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend choosing Storage King if you are looking for a storage facility!

I have a 5*10 indoor, climate controlled unit. It's in good location, very easy to access, and there's a ramp leading into the building. They have the best prices in town, and wonderful customer service!!
