Mrs. Debbie was very helpful when renting a u-haul truck. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the business. The grounds are well lit and secure, as well, the units are clean and well maintained.

What a great experience at Sunshine! Helpful staff, clean facility, 24/7 access, no rent increase every 3 months, carts to move things in & out of storage...they got it going on.

We started storing at Sunshine after the 2014 flood. The facility is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. We are in the climate controlled building and appreciate the carts, the elevator and the fact that Florida humidity is never a problem for our belongings! Ms Debbie (the manager) keeps the place operating smoothly and safe. She is a delight and her assistant, Britta, is a gem. Prices are great and the location can’t be beat b

I love this Facility, the staff are fantastic and are always willing to help.. If I ever had a problem the staff was always right on top of fixing it for me. I love the 24 hour access as I work different hours. I have used many different places over the years but Sunshine Self Storage in Pensacola always goes above and beyond what needs to be Done..
I have a climate control unit and I have never found it where it was not clean or in tip top shape. They keep the property maintained... Love love love love this property.. Keep up the great work Guys..

Clean facility! Bonnie at the counter was personable and professional. They also have the most technology I have every seen in a storage facility! Very happy with my choice to store my stuff here. They even had a few simple trollies for loading things into the climate controlled portion of the facility.

The staff are very friendly and were more than helpful and provide a genuine "family vibe". Customers are treated and seen as "people" and more than just a unit number. Thank you for accommodating my needs.

We had a bit of a misunderstanding with U-HAUL but it was not fault of this facility. Bretta (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very kind and helpful throughout the ordeal. If you want great customer service, store with these folks. Ask for Bretta.

A very smooth process obtaining a storage unit for a few months. Very organized staff and helpful. Overall, a great place to store your belongings!
