Mina is amazing!! She helped me in my most dyer need. She went above and beyond to help me get my uniforms when your branches were closed. She took it upon herself to call me when she got my message of despair and met me to give me my uniforms. Sure deserves any and all commendations due to her. Thank you Mina!! Sadly, over the past few years, this business has really gone downhill. Prices are exorbitant and reliability is terrible. Lately it has gone from one to two days, to nearly one week for cleaning. In fact, this last visit, I received a shirt back with a big chemical stain on the front, and tag saying there is a stain and they couldn't remove. I used Spray n Wash, Oxiclean and a little Tide with a clothes brush to rub it all in. Let it sit for a few days, then washed. No stain! It really is too bad, as they used to be phenomenal.

I had a shirt pressed with enough creases in it that I asked to have it repressed and was told I already paid for the pressing. Soooo, just expect that some of your clothes might be pressed and you'll pay for them and still not be able to wear them without further expense.

People were nice enough I guess.
