Best Western Chester Hotel

Flawless, well maintained hotel. Cleanliness and order were apparent in the operation of the hotel. Beds were very comfy and not too firm. The breakfast area was immaculate. All items nicely arranged with guests' convenience in mind. Friendly attentive staff. Will return when I'm visiting the area.

I had to stay for a few hours but it was great. The ambience, everything clean and the general manager was very nice and helpful. I will definetly be staying again. Thank you

Rooms were very clean; sparse, but what do you need to get a good night's sleep? Which we did nicely.

Staff is great, i haven’t had a problem in the 2 years I’ve visited. I always stay here when I’m in Chester, it was the first time since my stay during Covid that they had breakfast. My favorite was the pancake and sausage. They also had cereal and muffins. The pool was also open but i didn’t go in. It was nice and clean though. Parking could be bigger but I’m not sure if they get all that packed. Walmart, McDonalds and Taco Bell are a few feet away

You might not expect the only hotel in town to be very good,but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean, everything in good condition, and a good complimentary breakfast.

This hotel really cares. They value their customers, especially there regulars. They go the extra mile to keep the guests happy and want to return. Great atmosphere..... employees are always smiling 😊

Hotel nice and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay again if ever that area.

Handicapped parking and building access. We we're asked if we wanted a 1st or 2ond floor room. The building has no elevator. We choose 2ond floor. Abit quieter. The front staff were great and very helpful. We ate at Mary's 2. A great bar and grill about 20 miles back where we came from. We'll worth the trip. Check out was fast and friendly. We'll be back. Room with tax for 2 queens about 105. But also well worth it. Nice breakfast, eggs, sausage, or cereal and muffins. Great coffee. And I mean great. Very well kept rooms, halls, and building in general. Great place!!

Great place to stay the staff go beyond the normal, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good as well. Love the outdoor pool area after a long day, it's nice to kick back and enjoy some refreshments. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, great area for a gathering in the back shelter without disturbing other guests. Nice exercise room as well love the large windows. Comfortable beds too, had a great nights sleep, we will be back when we're in the area!

This hotel is very nice. From the minute you pull into the parking lot to the lobby to getting to your room everything looked very nice. We had 2 rooms one smoking one non smoking both rooms looked the same except of course one smelled like a smoking room the other had a nice fresh clean smell! Very impressed for a small town hotel it exceeded my expectations!

Nice rooms and a great pool. The lady at the front desk working Saturday afternoon 6/11/22 was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

Slept like a baby with the window open bed was comfortable room was clean staff was amazing. Needed a jump they jumped my car for me. Had biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Anytime I’m in town which is often I’m staying here!

My wife and I came to Chester for a three day getaway and to photograph The Popeye Statues. We spend two nights at the Best Western. It was a very enjoyable experience. The room was very nice and clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. If we are ever in Chester again this is the only place we would stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Most enjoyable motel experience in a long time.

Broke down on a Saturday night on my way to Minnesota Randy's towing & Repair came and got me spent the night here at Best Western, The bed i wanted to keep it was Awesome and the entire place was clean ,personal was great- It was a damn nice place too stay...

We are here at a great 🏨 the rooms are nice and so are the 🛌❤👍time for a goods nites sleep thinks to the girl named Megan who checked us in great friend staff and time for a great breakfast in the morning the rooms here are clean would stay here again thinks best Western staff

EVERYTHING AMAZING. because of Covid-19 breakfast was not served. But they had bagged breakfast. The rooms were amazing. This housekeeper named Karen was THE BEST. SOOOOO POLITE. I recommend staying here and touring Chester.!!!

Love this place. Very clean. I know now to place a reservation bcuz the.last time i tried to stay it was completely booked up.so were all the places around there.

I must say the whole place was clean and the back of the property was just a dream to look at. .I would recommend this hotel to everyone. the clerk was tired and was about to get off her shift...she stayed to help us check in and gave us super service 💜

Great place to stay. Exceeded expectations. Hotel fills up quick. Wonderful hotel for a smaller town. Compared to the hotels I normally stay in while in larger markets it is obvious they care very much about those who stay there. They have managed the property to stay up to date and very clean even when rooms would be full if they chose not to. Only place I will stay when in the area.
