McDonald's

It is a perfect place to eat I don't speak English but they are very kind and patient, whenever I want hamburgers I don't hesitate to go, they always make me want to come back

One of the best McDonald's I have been to, very rarely get wrong order. People are friendly, fries are never cold. Burgers are always fresh🔥

This review is really more for an employee. I literally just went through drive thru to get a few coffees and the girl that took my order was just great !! I worked at McDonald's for 9 years , working my way up to 1st assistant so trust me when I tell you this girl is a valuable asset . I wish I had gotten her name. She was taking orders around 6am this morning (feb 14th 2023). Anyway give that girl a raise and make sure you don't lose her!!

I am upset more McDonald's cant put out quality material that this Chester location has provided me. Buns are always crispy, fries are more salted and always a generous amount of mayo/sauces. Timing is relatively fast. In a range from Chester to Carbondale this location takes #1 for me. -09/2020

The staff is very friendly and provides great service. This McDonald's issues table tags so that you may sit while waiting on your food. Wait is always very minimal and food is fresh.

This is a small store but the staff was pleasant and the place was clean. We just stopped in for an afternoon snack and coffee while exploring the area. I was so tempted to say, "I will gladly pay your Tuesday for a hamburger today" but my wife insisted that I not do that. :-) (In case you don't know, Chester, IL, is the home of Popeye and the famous hamburger moocher J. Wellington Wimpy -- and all the other Thimble Theater characters.)

Always been pretty clean friendly bathrooms are in 7 yrs only had A no soap and a no paper in stall once each it was also Dearing dinner rush store is small would like to have a place to sit and watch the kids play in play land it's to close to rt 4 and drive thru as well as Walmart witch is a hoping place to let the little ones play and not have adult out there over all there high on the list of places to eat at

I was traveling through Chester, Il.
I was little hesitant it being a "small town" and all. But EVERYONE there were very friendly! I sat, ate my food, checked out my social media on the free WiFi. It was great. I didn't rush out. I was able to relax. And not feel threatened.... It was Awesome!!!! Kudos

The Lady was very sweet to me. Great serve with a smile.

Always hot fries

Great job good older mcdonalds crew. What they lack in speed the make up for in service.the older men making your big Mac takes time assembling it, it looks just like the picture and not scattered all over.

This is the best McDonald's in the area! Hot fresh salty fries, hot and fresh food every time!

Always good food and not crowded around 10 am inside.

This was the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The service was great. The store was spectacularly clean. The food was the freshest best McChicken sandwich I've ever had.

One it's close to home and the people are friendly. And it also has WiFi so you can relax and check the laptop or tablet. The food is great.

I am from Wisconsin so I was soooo happy to have the full menu. They also have the Fanta and Coke slushies! 😮

We drive about 30 minutes or so to go to this McDonald's bc they have a play yard.. sadly with covid it isn't open yet
